Lithium tantalate (LT) is a kind of excellent pyroelectric materials that can be made into high performance pyroelectric detector.
AFM is available to study the surface structure of solid materials, including the insulator.
It has also provided some references to other similar pyroelectric materials such as lithium niobate.
