When formed to nanocrystals, the particles could be excellent anode materials for lithium-ion batteries [2].
Then the generated Si NPs were used as anode materials for Li-ion batteries.

The composite materials are prepared by conventional ceramics method.
The structures of composite materials are investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
Very interestingly, the composite materials for the weight ratio of x=0.5 and 0.7 exhibit the semicircle pattern in complex impedance.

The oilless lubrication between cylinders and the piston component is achieved by using non-metal self-lubricating materials to make piston rings and guiding rings.
The variety and formula of the self-lubricating materials play a main role in the property and use life to piston rings and guiding rings.
It is thus obvious that the use lives of piston rings have a great relationship to pv value when the materials are fixed, so the pv value is the important parameter for piston ring design.
However, work temperature which piston rings and guiding rings made by non-metal self-lubricating materials can bear is more lower that metal rings.

The drying process is the phenomenon of the application of the heat transfer science.
The energy balance and exergy on the solar drying system is becoming an important consideration because of the drying is also an application of the thermodynamics science, and this phenomenon was investigated in a solar drying system [3,4].
Useful energy was depending on the decreasing of material mass against the time as shown on Fig. 3.
When the decreasing of material mass has achieved the value of zero, it meant that the material which was dried has dried.
