Introduction The porous materials are attractive materials for many applications such as catalyst, adsorbent material, filter, etc.
Acid leaching is the most useful method for obtaining porous materials from clay minerals [1].
There is almost no research on obtaining porous materials from Mongolian other types of clay materials such as muscovite.
Acknowledgements This research was performed within the framework of the project “Nanostructured functional material research and application of mineral materials” funded by the Mongolian Foundation for Science and Technology under the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia.

Introduction Special properties of micro- and nanocomposite materials are different such as dispersion hardening, self-lubrication, hot oxidation resistance, corrosion and wear resistances [1-4].
Commercially pure titanium (CP-Ti) discs (20 mm Ø × 5 mm) were the cathode materials and the substrates were mechanically polished, ultrasonically cleaned in acetone for 10 minutes.
