It is shown that the processing platform is able to meet the requirements of any angle positions of various materials processing, and realize material special machining.
Introduction With the progress of science and technology, and the development of industry, robot has been widely used in some fields, such as: motion simulators, manipulators, posing alignment of material special machining and so on.
The Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the Taiwan Industrial Research Institute developed a similar hybrid machine [2].
So the mechanism can realize requirements of material special machining, and can be widely used in other material processing productions.

It was found that the Mott-Grady theory provides reasonably good predictions of the fragment sizes for ductile materials.
Introduction Materials usually break into many fragments under very high strain-rate loadings.
With this method, Hoggatt and Recht[2] obtained the dynamic uniaxial tensile stress-strain data for several ductile materials.
The Mott-Grady theory can provide reasonably close predictions of the fragment size for the ductile materials being tested.

The presence of hard SiC particles in Aluminium Matrix Composites (AMCs) poses considerable difficulties when machining these materials and also leads to rapid tool wear.
The difficulties associated with the machining of AMCs must be minimized if these materials are to be used more extensively.

A material can become dry if the air has a lower water vapor content than the dried material [10].
Materials and Method The material used in this research was teak wood powder.
This indicates that a drying temperature of 100 °C, a drying time of 12 hours, a carbonization temperature of 450 °C, and a carbonization time of 60 minutes produce the most volatile materials.

Such materials are characterized by exhibiting time-dependent properties that change with the structural level of the material itself [2].
In this context, some constitutive models from the linear viscoelastic theory has been directly used to structured materials modeling [12-15].
The zero-shear-rate viscosity is linked to the viscosity of the completely structured material, so one can say that in more viscous materials the influence of the elastic modulus rate is more important.

Using the micromachining system, a group of polishing experiments is conducted for two kinds of hard-brittle materials such as silicate glass and silicon nitride.
The results show the feasibility and the advantage of the PMAWJ machining system for polishing hard-brittle materials.
It is used to machine not only traditional materials, but also hard-to-machine materials even polymer matrix composites [2].
