The operation of plateau airport is the major problem for the development of China civil aviation transportation.
Since our civil aviation transportation has developed fast, controller’s performance is the main restrictive factor that constrains the growth of air traffic flow.

However, such maturity brings restrictions for architects in shaping the building, and a deeply rooted mindset for civil engineers to create it, which has inevitably hindered the interaction and cooperation between architects and civil engineers.
Mossbourne Community Academy, in a famous case of applied Wood Dom-ino, designed by architect Richard Rogers and civil engineer Ramboll Whitbubird in 2004, consists of a wood frame and casting-reinforced concrete floor.
In the case of a high-rise in Zhengzhou in 2012, Swiss architect Christian Kerez and civil engineer Joseph Schwartz combined these two operations [1] (Fig. 5).
For example, in the Holcim Competence Center by Christian Kerez, civil engineer Joseph Schwartz proposed separating the gravity and lateral loads into two mutually dependent structure systems.

The civil construction industry can put to good use the waste generated not only from foundry, but also from other industrial sectors.
Among the alternatives for the reuse of foundry waste in civil construction are: landings, terracing layers, asphalt, concrete, mortar, agriculture soil and others [8,9].

In this project, supported by the specific investigation project on the Faculty of Civil Engineering, I carried out an experiment of an interrupted mode, which was also supported by a theoretical part, in which a non-stationary calculation was used.
Physical Nature of the Problem In case of continuous heating mode it is possible to use the relation known from thermal engineering, where simplified differential equations can be used.
Conclusion As a part of the project supported by the specific research of the Faculty of Civil Engineering was made an experimental testing of interrupted heating mode, which was supported by theoretical part, for which was used a non-stationary calculation.

To study the anti-seismic performance of the viscous damper and the E shaped steel bearing on the continuous girder bridge, two models of the Taibai bridge located in Xi’an are analyzed by the nonlinear time-history method and the Midas/Civil software, considering the interaction between pile and soil.
Introduction With rapid development of bridge engineering, various devices are used to improve the anti-seismic performance of bridge [1].
Based on the practical background, this paper analyzes the Taibai bridge by the Midas/Civil software and studies anti-seismic performance of the viscous damper and the E shaped steel bearing by the nonlinear time-history method, in the longitudinal direction of the bridge.
Fig. 1 The E shaped steel bearing Fig. 2 The viscous damper Computational Models The Taibai bridge located in Xi’an is a three-span continuous girder bridge which is used as the computational models by the Midas/Civil software, considering the interaction between piles and soil. the spans are respectively 48m, 66m and 48m.There are two models to be established, the one is the bridge installed the common pot bearings (considering the 4, 5 and 6 piers as the fixed piers and the rest as active piers), called as model1; the other is the bridge installed the E shaped steel bearings on the 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 piers and the viscous damper on the rest piers, called as model 2.
The finite element model is shown in Fig. 3 Fig. 3 The finite element model of the bridge Results and Analysis According to the seismic wave provided by the local seismological bureau and the design requirements, the two models are analyzed to obtain the following results by the Midas/Civil software, under the E2 earthquake action [2].

It is revealed that the real practical problem is the lack of professional training of civil engineers in Ukraine and abroad. 1 Introduction National standards for the design of building structures, which are harmonized with the European standards of Group A (Eurocodes) have been developed by the State Scientific Research Institute of National Research and Development with the participation of KNUCEA (Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture) at the request of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine.
The slab of overlap in height is made up of a sufficient number of finite elements of CE, in each of which, according to the results of the solution of the thermal engineering problem, constant temperature is set.
It is revealed that the real practical problem is the lack of professional training of civil engineers in Ukraine and abroad.
