Logistical support has an important place in crisis management and of course in civil protection.
Civil protection card is part of the documentation of civil protection, which contains comprehensive information about the subject.
There are 3 types of cards civil protection [1]: · Civil protection tab municipality / town district, · Civil protection card of the object, · Card civil protection schools, school facilities.

However, such maturity brings restrictions for architects in shaping the building, and a deeply rooted mindset for civil engineers to create it, which has inevitably hindered the interaction and cooperation between architects and civil engineers.
Mossbourne Community Academy, in a famous case of applied Wood Dom-ino, designed by architect Richard Rogers and civil engineer Ramboll Whitbubird in 2004, consists of a wood frame and casting-reinforced concrete floor.
In the case of a high-rise in Zhengzhou in 2012, Swiss architect Christian Kerez and civil engineer Joseph Schwartz combined these two operations [1] (Fig. 5).
For example, in the Holcim Competence Center by Christian Kerez, civil engineer Joseph Schwartz proposed separating the gravity and lateral loads into two mutually dependent structure systems.
From the engineer’s point of view.

It is revealed that the real practical problem is the lack of professional training of civil engineers in Ukraine and abroad. 1 Introduction National standards for the design of building structures, which are harmonized with the European standards of Group A (Eurocodes) have been developed by the State Scientific Research Institute of National Research and Development with the participation of KNUCEA (Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture) at the request of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine.
The slab of overlap in height is made up of a sufficient number of finite elements of CE, in each of which, according to the results of the solution of the thermal engineering problem, constant temperature is set.

Abstract.
In the last few years there are complex and huge projects and each project has a lot of activities that cannot be managed by engineers and managers , so the imported of engineering software that to help engineers and project manager to manage the project .
"Project Management developed from several fields of application including construction, engineering, and defense activity" [2] Engineering Software Engineering software or project management software "is the process of Controlling and leading a software project" [3].
This study will encourage contractors and engineers to adopt engineering software (Project management software) to make good planning and good control for their projects which are going to execute in future.

Abstract Engineers are increasingly encouraged to consider sustainability in the design and construction of new civil engineering infrastructure.
Sustainability in civil engineering construction can be achieved by using high strength steels as well as high strength concrete.

Abstract.
In this project, supported by the specific investigation project on the Faculty of Civil Engineering, I carried out an experiment of an interrupted mode, which was also supported by a theoretical part, in which a non-stationary calculation was used.
Physical Nature of the Problem In case of continuous heating mode it is possible to use the relation known from thermal engineering, where simplified differential equations can be used.
Conclusion As a part of the project supported by the specific research of the Faculty of Civil Engineering was made an experimental testing of interrupted heating mode, which was supported by theoretical part, for which was used a non-stationary calculation.
Acknowledgements This contribution was written with the support by project FAST-J-14-2527 of the specific research of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in the framework of the activities of the Regional Centre AdMaS.

Photosensitive single mode optical fibers have been embedded in composite sample in order to be used in optical sensors which monitor the health of civil engineering structure.
These materials are used increasingly in civil engineering due to a high number of features which make them attractive for use in bridge decks.
But these techniques can’t give an in–situ and real time evaluation of civil structures.
