A material can become dry if the air has a lower water vapor content than the dried material [10].
Materials and Method The material used in this research was teak wood powder.
This indicates that a drying temperature of 100 °C, a drying time of 12 hours, a carbonization temperature of 450 °C, and a carbonization time of 60 minutes produce the most volatile materials.

Chen Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, 210094, China ayldu_njust@mail.njust.edu.cn Keywords: Bulk metallic glass; Crystallization; Thermal analysis Abstract: The crystallization behavior of Cu45Zr48Al7 bulk metallic glass was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and x-ray diffraction (XRD).
Firstly, the metallic glasses are metastable materials, which will transform into crystalline state with increasing the temperature.
Additionally, bulk nanostructured materials can be obtained by the crystallization of BMGs.

High hardness materials are generally more resistant to abrasive wear, but there are many exceptions.
However, not all blade materials are equally effective.

Depending on configuration and materials used, foil bearings can be divided into several generations, which give a different load capacity [5].
In some systems, by using correctly selected materials and geometry, such bearings are characterized by very high durability and long service life [6, 7].
A foil bearing with a favourably dimensioned geometry but with an improperly selected pair of friction materials can become damaged after a short time of usage.
Therefore, research on friction torque and load capacity of the bearing, under different conditions as well as taking into account materials selection, are very important [9].
