The catalyst for these endeavors originates mainly from the needs of fire engineers who often encounter difficult questions in their everyday practice such as: "What kind of a fire can actually occur in the building under my consideration and what will be the corresponding release of heat and smoke?"
Since these are also the models widely used in other scientific disciplines, such as in mechanical engineering and physics, historically they have received much scientific attention and are at date available for immediate use also in many fire engineering software, e.g.
For developmental purposes, one of the major manufacturers of XPS was asked for assistance (name not disclosed for protection of trade) who kindly provided more samples of fresh XPS panels for analysis to the laboratories of Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute, Ljubljana, Slovenia (ZAG).
According to reports of eyewitnesses of a fire in an XPS production hall that had similar basic characteristics as the fire analysed in this paper (the reports were collected from private archives of Fire laboratory and fire engineering of ZAG), the flame captured the entire paternoster in approximately 5 minutes.

However, the ordinary sleeve connections doesn't have the request of anti- tired performance, there are not any engineering or specification in past that given any suitable suggestions.
So, it design two plans for straight thread sleeve connection according to the actual request of this engineering.
These test samples in addition to sending to Tsinghua University Engineering Examination Structure Centre, others are sent to National Steel Material Test Centre, Railroad Science Institute of Metal and Chemistry for research, and the results are all coincident to requirements.
On the basis of all sample are qualified, for ensuring the quality of engineering and safety of application, it organized some related experts to do a argument.
