To overcome the problem of long process times and high costs, in recent years, a lot of research did happen with the goal of temperature reduction during forming or forming at higher strain rates.
Especially the change in the aeronautic industry towards high volume production is increasing the competition between suitable forming technologies and the SPF technology can only persist if both goals, reduction of process time and recurring costs are reachable.
This methodology allows the calculation of the strain rate sensitivity between every two individual data sets, which makes the model applicable for a wide range of strain rates.
This leads to pressure – time cycles that allow a reduction in forming time.

Dosage of superplasticizers based on the
two latter ingredients is 0.3-1.5% by weight of cement content resulting in a water reduction of 20-
40%.
The naphtalene and melamine types of superplasticizers are typically used at 0.7-2.5% by weight of cement and give water reduction of 15-25% [4,5].
There are two basic mechanisms to perform water reduction.
Minimal water reduction of 12% according to the corresponding standard MSZ EN 934-2:2002 was reached by adding superplasticizers of type A, C and D, but only at the highest examined dosage rate (1.50%) (see Table 1.).
Obviously dosage assuring 12% water reduction exactly is falling between 1.00% and 1.50% for all three superplasticizers.

Fig. 1: Selected low temperature asphalt technologies, according to [2]
During the last years, a number of technologies that allow a significant reduction of the production temperature have emerged: Popular technologies for temperature reduction are based on a combination of the use of foam bitumen, addition of waxes and other agents and changing the mixing sequence.
This parallel reduction of production temperature and compaction temperatures results in a usual compaction time.
A high operational range of the burner is key to using the full potential of temperature reduction
The measured data of four representative points are shown in figures 6 and 7.
This technology allows the reduction of fuel consumption, CO2 emissions on the asphalt plant and emissions on the road construction site.

It was found that degree of fragmentation of elongated α grains increases with reduction of their width.
Analyse of literature data and own results indicates that heat treatment – particularly β quenching – significantly influences phase constituents morphology in microstructure of Ti-6Al-4V alloy developed in TMP.
Plastic deformation in the α+β↔β phase transformation range (900ºC) was performed in WSK “PZL Rzeszow” S.A. using open die forging process with forging reduction of about 50% (Fig. 1).
Kim at all. [22] showed that σpm increase with reduction of lamella width – particularly in the range of strain rate > 10-3 s-1.
Increase of volume fraction of martensitic α’(α’’) lamellae leads to reduction of secondary αS precipitations after hot forging in microstructure of examined alloy.

A relative consistency can be captured between the seismic reduction ratio of the moment and the angle with a maximum value of 50% which shows good seismic reduction effect.
The seismic reduction ratios of the moment at the bottom of the piers under longitudinal excitation are within 10% while the deformation reduction ratios are remained within 2%.
However, when the calculated angles are being considered, the plastify condition is relatively insignificant as the piers have just reached the plastic condition under longitudinal excitation. 3.1 Seismic performance of bearings The seismic reduction ratios of the moment and rotation angle of piers seem insignificant when HDR bearings are adapted.
Some conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) Compared to the bridge with conventional plate RBs, the seismic reduction ratio is insignificant after replaced the plate rubber bearings with HDR isolation bearings as the seismic excitation are distributed according to the stiffness of each piers on the bridge with plate RBs, and the RBs can perform a certain degree of seismic isolating characters which is actually uncontrolled

According to Modal Assurance Criterion (MAC), the credibility of the calculation results is verified, and then modal parameters of industrial flat sewing machine get more reliable in order to provide the reference for further structure optimization and noise reduction of the flat sewing machine.

Contrary to that, unsupervised learning [17] does not make use of
labeled training data.
If new measurement data are taken from the undamaged structure and the Hankel matrix is composed of the data of the undamaged system, the residual nζ (n being a current number of measurement data set) should be close to zero and vary only within certain statistical bounds due on the measurement errors.
The raw data had been collected during the SIMCES project.
The experimental modal data have been extracted from output-only measurement data after the bridge was damaged.
Besides accurate measurement data as input, reliable quantitative models for data interpretation especially on Levels II-IV are needed.

In course of construction, monitoring data was analyzed in time.Structural timbering parameters were modified in response to abnormal monitoring data in order to guarantee safety.the testing results of the safety monitoring system are satisfactory, which serves as a symbol of our research work.
Introduction According to the construction layout of our highway net, the highway has extended to mountainous areas; the reduction of highway ramp and mileage and the solution of line-choosing difficulty when crossing the mountains have become important parts of the highway construction in mountainous areas.
It is worth to mention that the monitor measuring data of K22+020 showed abnormal increment because for the heavy rains lasting for one week in early August 2002, and the data was fed back to the departments of supervision and construction immediately.
From the comprehensive analysis of monitoring measurement data, it was thought that the displacement of surrounding rock and the stress of support were in state of rapid change and the construction must be suspended.
No casualties was caused in this cave-in and the losses were reduced to the minimum due to the accurate and timely analysis of monitor measuring data.
