Key words: Oil whip; rotor-bearing system; fourth moment method; reliability sensitivity
Abstract: Oil whip phenomenon is the common fault in rotor-bearing system.
But in practice engineering, due to the requirement of work condition, oil whip cannot be avoided all the time in rotor-bearing system.

Engineering construction side as the sole responsibility of the main security practices clearly unfair
Subway lack of risk management team of professionals.
During the construction process found that some engineering geological unit in full accordance with normative standards to implement construction safety problems are still there, indicating that the current risk management techniques to control specification is not comprehensive enough, and some have been behind the development of the times, the actual project has been lost or partially loss of guidance, developed for different cities, different geological units, the technical specifications of different environmental conditions has been quite tight.
Core content includes: the establishment of the project organization system and mode of cooperation, a clear division of responsibility for security tasks of project management of the parties, the parties expressly management points; develop engineering geology, hydrogeology thorough investigation program, divided into different geological units, each unit of the main to clear geological risk, risk assessment and grading; corresponding measures of risk must be clear for the geological characteristics of the project, construction methods, urban environment, develop targeted and applicability of construction safety measures, and those measures that can be achieved effects are clear expectations.

In this section, operation organization holds large amounts of information, such as the information from AEC (agriculture/engineering/construction) phase, and from the government, construction organization, design company, etc.
BuildingSMART alliance thinks that, if we improve the procedure in which we submit, use and maintain building information, the construction industry may eliminate the part of waste which is higher than manufacturing in 2020. [2] BIM (Building Information Model) is a collaborative tool used by any member of the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) industry based upon a number of software solutions.
We use this basic model to integrate the basic unit in civil engineering such as component types; space position; relationship between the components, etc.
