Rubber suspension system is a new suspension system in which rubber is used to be the elastic element, thus rubber spring is one of the key components of suspension.
Rubber main spring, the key part of rubber suspension parts, is key of the design.
In the material properties defined, Metal parts are defined as isotropic material, Young's modulus of elasticity E=2.1E5MPa, Poisson's ratio μ=0.3.
To accurately simulate the nonlinear properties of rubber materials, rubber parts defined as isotropic material, Young's modulus of elasticity E=3.5MPa, Poisson's ratioμ=0.499.
As the ANSYS modeling function is not strong enough, we use Pro/Engineer Wildfire professional CAD software for the element modeling of rubber, then the ANSYS should be imported and analyzed, the specific steps of which are no longer listed here.

The three hinged beams A, B, C and the three points a, b, c, to rock like materials, if they exist or not will not greatly affect the stress distribution of surrounding rock ,that is, the result obtained what is based on circular roadway analysis is relatively accurate, so it can be used as main basis of roadway support design.
It makes free water be drained away from floor, so floor broken rock zone would not further expand any more because of water soak. 4 Difficulties analysis of floor grouting The materials and mechanical devices used in floor grouting are essentially the same as those used in roof grouting, but floor broken rock zone is the deepest, furthermore there is a lot of free water in it.
In fact, there are two key factors in floor grouting: drilling grouting holes deep enough and draining off free water inside floor.
