Abstract.
In the last few years there are complex and huge projects and each project has a lot of activities that cannot be managed by engineers and managers , so the imported of engineering software that to help engineers and project manager to manage the project .
"Project Management developed from several fields of application including construction, engineering, and defense activity" [2] Engineering Software Engineering software or project management software "is the process of Controlling and leading a software project" [3].
This study will encourage contractors and engineers to adopt engineering software (Project management software) to make good planning and good control for their projects which are going to execute in future.

Introduction
Most universal designs for the civil engineering industry intend to set developed classification modules in its platform, which can be applied to a variety of structural designs so as to develop its basis stone for a certain steel structure; professional steel structure design software features targeted to provide guidance for factory processing [1] in terms of both convenient features and some representative software techniques [2].
The final stage of a collaborative asynchronous design in steel structural engineering has succeeded in developing a parallel comprehensive software process.

Keywords: long-term test reinforce pre-stressed CFRP plate
Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology, the method of using the pre-stressed carbon fiber on the concrete structure, in particular on the bridge structure has become a research direction by the domestic and foreign scholars.
In this paper, it has done the long-term test for the civil carbon fiber in the library on the base of the research of reinforced concreted beams with pre-stressed CFRP plate, and has observed the slip of the carbon fiber fixed on the side of the tension anchor.
The results showed that: when put 50% of the ultimate stress of the carbon fiber on the carbon fiber, under the action of long-term tension, the variation of carbon fiber and the slip of the carbon fiber fixed on the side of tension anchor can all achieve intended purpose of the experimen ,which provides the theoretical data on the long-term performance research of the civil carbon fiber reinforced on the concrete structures.
The material parameter is as follows: Tab.1 Material parameters of a carbon fiber board produced domestically tensile strength (MPa) elastic modulus (GPa) elongation (%) 2510 165 1.7 1.2 Experimental device This test uses an institute of Civil Engineering, we have developed a national patent tensioned pre0stressed carbon fiber plate and anchoring device for carbon fiber sheets were tension and anchoring.
Conclusions (1) From the near Anchorage supports anchorage of carbon fiber sheet slip, can we see the anchoring device developed by the School of Civil Engineering, we have a better anchoring effect.

It is becoming a great challenge for civil engineers to design a foundation which able to minimize the effect of an earthquake.
One of the main reasons is originated from the complexity of the geotechnical problem which requires fundamental knowledge in soil mechanics, foundation engineering, soil-structure interaction and earthquake engineering.
Based on ASTM International [4], EPS densities vary for practical civil engineering applications.

Rock permeability is important in civil and geo-hydraulic engineering, the mining and
petroleum industries, and in environmental and engineering geology.
Introduction Rock permeability is important in civil and geo-hydraulic engineering, the mining and petroleum industries, and in environmental and engineering geology.
Disastrous water in-rush and coal and gas outbursts into excavations pose a potential significant risk to mining and civil engineering projects.
Fluid flow in rock strata also influences the regular construction and daily service of geo-engineering projects.
