Introduction Rebound method in the application of the construction project are increased, it has become one of the detection and analysis means of engineering accident, also to the damage assessment of structures in service and the important basis of life prediction. At present, the method has used the regression method to establish the relationship between strength and testing indicators. But often estimated values of strength have larger in and out, even is beyond the scope of specification allows error [1,2].

Keywords: Bulb tubular pumping station, dynamic characteristics, model analysis, harmonic response analysis, structural fundamental frequency, Dynamic displacement.
In view of bulb tubular pumping station with bulb tubular pumping station hydropower station has great similarities, this paper draws on Hydropower Station vibration theory and methods of research, by using the finite element numerical analysis method to research and analysis of the third Huaian stations of the dynamic characteristic, and draws some meaningful conclusions for practical engineering application, which can provide some reference value.
For the other tubular pumping station in engineering anti vibration design to provide a certain reference value.
