Optimizing cutter's materials and structure, and the control of deformation and mass distribution can availably reduce the vibration, and depress safety decline of cutter.
Accomplishing the active control of dynamic deformation and mass distribution by collaborative design of cutter's materials and structure, makes dynamic balance precision of cutter high, the safety decline of cutter is effectively depressed, and the performance of cutter can be improved.
