Shoushan Stone is a famous raw material for making seals in China.
The transparent degree of materials is related with its composition and microstructure, so is the Shoushan Stone.

Introduction In recent year, sever high strength ceramics materials (e.q., alumina and zirconia-based ceramics) were widely used because of its excellent mechanical properties of high hardness, brittleness and heat resistance.
Materials and Methods The proposed method divided into three steps: (1) making maskless-curing slurry, (2) building up sacrificed layers and ceramic parts by layer additive process, and (3) post-process to get the final ceramic parts.
The colloidal science was also applied in this process to produce fully dispersed slurry.
