Epoxy resin paint and a kind of anti-corrosion paint, widely used in industrial pipeline engineering, were selected to be rolled on Four steel bars, each of which was 500mm-long with diameter 20mm.And all steel bars were electrochemically corroded through 2-volt power supply with steady electric current sustained six days.
A total of seven full-scale columns were constructed and tested in the Center Structure Laboratory in the Department of Architectural and Civil Engineering at the Huaiyin Institute of Technology.

The result was a modification of a method protected by the patent subsequently allowing a CP of high performance composite material, and engineering solutions are proposed: -utilization of oil-polymer waste and reception on their basis composite materials which are used as sorption agents; - rational ways to reduce pollution and improve water treatment facilities through the use of industrial waste.
