In [4] is presented a comparative analysis for two wheels profiles (ISO 1395-1977 and ANSI ASA B29.1-1950) for a bush chain transmission.
By considering z = 60, the wheel’s profile geometrical parameters are determined (figure 1).
Table 1 presents the numerical values of the wheel’s geometry.

Abstract.
The experimental setup of in-process monitoring system is shown in Fig.1.
However, no AE could be detected in a specimen (No.1) in which maximum principal stress did not exceed the value of 45 MPa.
