However, the plasma location and substrate temperature were not major factors affecting a-Si:H film uniformity in ECR-CVD process.
Due to the particular properties of magnetized plasma, however, the uniformity of plasma was not completely equal to the deposition uniformity.
The result indicated the resonance position wouldn’t affect meaningfully the uniformity of a-Si:H deposition.
However, the plasma location and substrate temperature were not major factors affecting a-Si:H film uniformity in ECR-CVD process.

American scholar Bifano built a critical grinding depth model of engineering ceramics by means of micro-indentation method, and he believed that the main influencing factor of the critical depth is the physical and mechanical property of the material[1].
Research literatures show that the brittle-ductile transition of material removal is not only related to material properties, but also to the processing method and conditions.
Test conditions are shown in Table 1 and material properties of nano-ZrO2 ceramic are shown in Table 2.
Synthesizing the above two factors, both tangential force and normal force will decrease after the assisted ultrasonic vibration is added in longitudinal dircetion.

Fluidity in casting is the major factor which affects the cast quality of the final components.
Alloys of aluminium with Cu and Mg can retain good mechanical properties even under high temperature applications.
Sand casting from scrap showed good mechanical properties [6].

Characteristics of floor heave of deep tunnel Floor Heave of the deep tunnel is usually rheological property, and floor rock protrudes to the roadway sustained over time.
The main factors to affect the floor heave Floor heave caused by many factors.
It is physical and mechanical parameters of surrounding rock in table 1.On the conditions of Deep rock engineering geological, with mesh and anchor cable support, three models have been built
Imposed the bottom corner anchor on both sides, affected by the mechanical effects of the bottom corner anchor, the maximum floor heave amount is reduced to 11.9cm.
The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Many factors induced floor heave of deep tunnel.

Introduction Porcelain ceramic tiles are widely used as construction materials due to their outstanding properties.
This is one of the factors that influences most the mechanical performance, pores acting as defects limiting strength, and aesthetic properties as glossy finish and stain resistance.
Enamels with such properties usually present worse mechanical behaviour than porcelain ceramic tiles.
Local heating of the enamel may help avoid this deterioration of mechanical properties, warming only moderately the substrate and allowing, in such a way, the use of different enamel compositions.
This layer presents less porosity and consequently better aesthetic properties, but many cracks that limit its toughness.

Effect of Plasma Spraying Gas on Microstructure and Properties of 95vol.
To determine the effect of plasma spraying gas on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al2O3-SiC nanocomposite coatings, primary Ar gas and secondary H2 gas were chosen, which have an effect on temperature and velocity of the flying powders at the time of impacting on substrate.
The particular interest in nanocomposite powders has been driven by reports that the addition of nanosize SiC particles into an Al2O3 matrix can significantly improve the mechanical properties over those of monolithic Al2O3 [1-2].
The properties of ceramics are in general controlled by the microstructure and by the processing.
Summary Ar gas significantly affected plasma sprayed 95vol%Al2O3-5vol.

Structure and Dissolution Properties of Phosphate Glasses for Glass Fertilizer Y.
For usage of glass fertilizer, physical and dissolution properties were investigated according to variation of the SiO2 and K2O contents in silicate glasses.
The change of the K2O/P2O5 ratio was a main factor to control chemical durability and physical properties such as density and hardness.
In the abnormal glass properties such as fast dissolution in aqueous solution, it was presented that the glass can be a good candidate for agriculture fertilizer.
For the applications, dissolution properties of phosphate glass can be controlled by composition design to have slow release rate to aqueous solution and the controlled dissolution rate is the most distinguished property with conventional fertilizer.

Liu’s study [12] suggested that liquid viscosity influenced the wall shear stress, thus affecting corrosion rate.
The establishment of mechanical models needs to have a clear and deep understanding of corrosion mechanism, diffusion micro mechanism, and critical controlling factors.
As crude oil is a mixture of varied organic compounds, of which chemical compositions and physical properties are very complex.
Crude oil produced by different fields differs quite a bit in compositions and properties.
The factors used to study the impact of crude oil on corrosion includes oil’s composition, water content, salt content (conductivity), viscosity properties, sulfur content, total acid number (TAN), wettability etc.

This has an important implication for technological properties.
The T/P24 steels exhibit higher mechanical properties in comparison with the base steel, and can be used in the advanced power industry.
The presence of large angle boundaries may be a positive influence on mechanical properties, in the case of cracking, by inhibiting the relocation of the front of the crack.
Undeniably, one of the most significant factors exerting influence on the morphology of the forming phases is the cooling rate.
Another factor exerting influence on the morphology of bainite is the size of the prior austenite grains, observed to be very different.
