In tensile strength test of load perpendicular to the weld axis, the specimens had same tensile properties as that of the raw material.
Compared with the conventional drawing steels, AHSS combines high strength and good formability properties, which make thinner steel sheet to be used possible and practical [1-4].
In this paper, main characteristics of CO2 laser welded 1000MPa grade thin TRIP steel plate, including microstructures and mechanical properties, were investigated.
Tensile properties were tested with the load perpendicular to and parallel with the weld axis at a crosshead moving speed of 5mm/min. on Automated Materials Testing System of Instron.
And porosity fraction of specimen was the determinant factor for the type of fracture likely to be occurred.

The relationships between MRR and these factors are also analyzed.
Therefore, the effects of non-electrical parameters such as thermophysical properties of workpiece material, liquid pressure, drilling depth and the tool rotation speed on MRR are discussed in detail.
Understanding and mastering these factors and rules help to provide theoretical guidance and reference for application of high-speed small hole EDM drilling.
Thermophysical properties of workpiece material used in this paper are listed in Table 2.

Among all kinds of environmental geological factors, the water permeability has the most significant influence on grottoes.
The more diluent solvent was added in 6# and 7#, the volatile and shrinkage were increased more. 8# added filler, so its shrinkage and weight loss were relatively smaller. ② Mechanical properties of materials(Fig. 1 & Fig. 2) Fig. 1.
The mechanical properties of test scheme 2 were higher an order of magnitude compared with scheme 1, which were all above 10MPa.
Thermal properties of materials (50°C).
The shrinkage and weight loss rate of 11 and 12# were too larger. ② Mechanical properties of materials Within limits, the strength of the material was increased as the curing time extended.

To investigate this, chemicals with different concentration are prepared and after a leaching procedure, the mechanical properties of the reacted surface were tested through a method of scratching, indentation and friction test.
For the measurement of both the mechanical property and machinability, the indentation and scratching test, as well as the friction test, were performed by Nano-indenter XPTM by MTS Co.

Through the measurement of the hardness change, indentation test, friction coefficient, and scratch test, it is certain that the chemical solution affects the change of the surface property.
The penetration depth is a very important factor for the selection of the machining parameter.

Thin metal films are prone to residual stress which is developed during thin film formation and growth and influenced by external factors.
Instead of observing its electrical properties, it also becomes necessary to study its morphology and residual stress since they will affect the functional properties.
Lee, et al. who studied the mechanical properties of Al/AlN multilayer thin films, reported that measurement result on residual stress showed Al layers were subjected to compressive stress which was induced by the interface which caused overall increase of the compressive stress in the multilayer thin films [7].

Its high precision is the key factor to both the quality of fiber and a good spinning process. [1]The shape of the transition angle of spinneret hole bottom has an important influence on the spinning extrusion grew phenomenon.
Consider a combination of factors, this speed is the optimal parameters in the automatic processing. Ⅳ.

Different from stamping at room temperature, thermo-mechanical analysis should be considered at hot stamping process.
The thermal and the phase transformation effects at the cooling stage will both affect the final part mechanical properties.
The plastic deformation of metal in the specified thermal state will lead to dynamic recovery, dynamic recrystallization and static recrystallization that affect the grain size and distribution of dislocation so as to soften steel.

Zhang et al. [5] proposed a model of describing relationships among functional requirements and structural characteristics, design parameters and uncontrollable factors in non-linear systems.
In reality, design parameters in the physical domain may have variations (∆DP= DP - DP*) caused by changes in the environment including material characteristics, geometrical properties, manufacturing processes, analysis/simulation model accuracy, loads, and/or operational environments.
The above equation shows there are two groups of factors affecting the total squared deviation in FR: the Σ∆DP coming from variations in manufacturing, material and usage; and the inner product of [B] matrix, which amplify the total variance of DP.

However, the plasma location and substrate temperature were not major factors affecting a-Si:H film uniformity in ECR-CVD process.
Due to the particular properties of magnetized plasma, however, the uniformity of plasma was not completely equal to the deposition uniformity.
The result indicated the resonance position wouldn’t affect meaningfully the uniformity of a-Si:H deposition.
