Adjust the structure of calcium carbide production, vigorously develop the circular economy.Circular economy as a kind of "reduction, reuse, recycling" for the principle, with low consumption, low emissions, high efficiency for basic characteristic, conforms to the concept of ecological civilization construction and the concept of sustainable development mode of economic development, is an important way to construct a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society. The furnace temperature of Sealed calcium carbide furnace is usually 600-1000 ℃,and the effective gas such as carbon monoxide is contained in furnace gas, has the high use value [3].We should develop coal electricity integration of recycling economy, to extend the production chain.one is the resources (limestone, salt, coal)-power -generation calcium carbide-PVC-water-saving equipment, -efficient agriculture-food processing-agricultural industrialization, two is to realize comprehensive utilization of waste, the fly ash,
Compared with internal combustion calcium carbide furnace, the furnace gas can be recycled with sealed calcium carbide furnace, which has high efficiency and low pollution, thus promoting large sealed calcium carbide furnace is industry trends. In the aspect of technology, the use of energy-saving technologies, such as recycling and comprehensive utilization of furnace gas furnace, energy saving carbon material drying, waste heat recovery, simplifying and reducing the cooling water, improving the sealing performance of furnace cover, reducing dust in the furnace gas and hollow pole, etc.
Building professional and administrative calcium carbide team.
Fistly, doing well professional technical skill.

Soil is build up by water, air and solid, it contains much water and has many small pores inside.
The host designed it by himself or somebody of his friends whose professional knowledge was defective, and the workers didn’t construct the building in accordance with the norm.
We suggest removing the buildings whose level is D, and steady the level C; Fourthly, to change the state of unordered situation, we want the government proposes technical support during the process of building, and improve the professional level and quality of the construction works.

Partially or totally derived from biomass, the absence of guarantees to users in terms of durability of these materials lead to a misunderstanding of such materials by the public and a mistrust by the building sector professionals.
In fact to reach that, several experimental and numerical studies was done to highlight the hygroscopic behavior and the thermal transfer in materials [14]–[16], In the majority of the numerical studies, Künzel model was used due to its capacity to stimulate the coupling transfer of heat and water [17], [18].
Hygrothermal behavior of a multilayer wall The numerical modelling used in this paper is based on a macroscopic description of thermal and water transfers with the help of the coupled equations of Künzel model [13].
The equations governing water and heat transfer in this simulation are based on the following transport equations [13]: (1) (2) where: ∂H∂T –heat storage capacity of moist building material, ∂w∂ϕ -moisture storage capacity of the building material, λ –thermal conductivity of the moist building material, Dw –liquid conduction coefficient of the building material, δ – water vapour permeability of building material, hv –evaporation enthalpy of the water, T –temperature, ϕ –relative humidity, t –time.
From these equations of conservation of mass and energy, we can obtain a much simplified equations: (3) (4) where: μ –is water vapour diffusion coefficient, u –is materials water content and ρw –is density of water The Table 1 shows the basic input data required by WUFI.

Er Mao Qing tea production technology and green tea are basically the same, the main use of mechanical part for rolling process. In the individual farmers and small processing factory is mainly manual kneading. But in the subsequent 40 years, tea production technology is no big improvement, until now production enterprises has been in accordance with the traditional method of producing Pu'er tea, because tea production technology on the staff of production experience and professional level has a very high demand, and Pu'er tea fermentation process exist in health conditions difference, unstable quality, productivity is low problem, all these have a serious impact on the tea industry health, continuously, stable development.
Sensor instead of the thermometer, hygrometer and tea water oven method analysis, equipped with monitoring software, process parameter display timely and accurately, variable artificial measurement automatic measurement, labor saving; ( 2) the workshop environment artificial controllable.
Not affected by seasons, so that different batches of Pu'er tea quality tends to be stable; ( 3) control of water temperature control automation. ( 4) turning more accurate.
Tea Machinery Standardization Compared to other varieties of tea machinery, tea industry machinery research started late, Pu'er tea processing professional equipment lack of a unified technical standards.

Water Conservation Minimize indoor demand for water through water-efficient fixtures and fittings.
Offset central water supply through the capture and controlled reuse of rainwater.
Water Heating Reduce energy consumption associated with the domestic hot water system, including improving efficiency of both the hot water system design and layout of the fixtures in the home.
The energy saving illumination and water conservation sub-criteria can be immediately implemented.

Water supply and drainage facilities.
In Changchun half of the villages have no running water, the villagers using their own courtyard wells.
Most of the villagers believe that water quality is well, but well water can easily be contaminated and its quality is not guaranteed.
Environmental pollution is serious: some villages affected by the urban industrial, soil, air, water, etc.
So, we should strengthen construction workers’ legal consciousness and professional quality, uniform plan the construction of rural residential, enhance the management to improve the quality of rural housing.

Based on three main stages which includes planning and design, construction, operation and management there is a six technical indicators system, they are: land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy use, water saving and water resources use, materials saving and materials resources use, quality of indoor environment and operation and management.
The general framework of green construction includes six aspects which are construction management, environmental protection, materials saving and materials resource use, water saving and water use, energy conservation and energy use, land saving and land protection in construction.
Traditional concrete curing method which sprays and keeps water on concrete surface is still the major curing method, a considerable amount of drinkable water flows away or evaporates in vain.
Water tap, lamp, power switch and doors etc. usually are changed in re-decoration because of the quality and brand problems.

Contract governance (regulating provisions through the life of the contract)
These seemingly simple tasks involve an array of professionals working together and contributing different skills.
This is because, even after successfully contracting with the private sector, failure to recognise and take into cognisance the many stakeholders has led to protests which turned violent in some cases resulting in the failures of water projects in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Cochabamba (Bolivia); buy-back of the Skye toll Bridge (UK).
While it may be surprising that both sector that have different goals and objectives within the framework of the partnership do not differ regarding the desired skills, it should be noted that professional perspectives often remain the same irrespective of sector affiliations. 5.
