Home Automation The first application of automation was in factories, offices and other workplaces, which was integrated the computer and communication into building, production processes and information flow, to improve production, safety, and management efficiency.
Safety control of each subsystem can be provided by the repeater or the individual devices in the subnet.
(4) Learning and adjustment of automatically Internet usage patterns To make security defense of home networks more efficient and easy maintenance, home network defense system must have the analysis ability of network traffic, and minimize the management costs to maximize the protection effectiveness by self-learning and adjustment .

AIS international standard involves some forms, which specify the construction of the AIS message position by position.
AIS base station web system test AIS base station web system is important in the whole AIS system, the stability and robustness of which is directly relevant to the safety of ship sailing and efficiency of the authority administrating.

Many international and national standards for example ISO 2631-1, ISO 2631-4 and BS 6841 are available to evaluate and assess the effect of vibration on the human.
The vehicle drove on two different road segments: 1) Suburban rough road, 2) high speed smooth road during non-peak hours in moderate traffic.

At the same time, traffic accidents occur frequently, which have brought a great deal of life and property persecution to individuals and countries.
Highway rear-end is the main form of accidents, the study also showed that if a driver can advance a second to realize there is risk of accident and take appropriate corrective measures, the vast majority of accidents can be avoided [1, 2].So as an active vehicle safety system, automotive collision avoidance not only attracted a lot of attention of domestic and foreign automobile researchers, but also made great achievements..
Conclusions As the relationship between cars and people becoming increasingly close, a great deal of traffic accidents, we will demand higher and higher of automotive collision avoidance systems.

Moreover, if the traffic accident happened in the operation process, the asphalt pavement with the gasoline or diesel may catch fire, and the smoke will release large amounts of harmful substances, which is not only directly threated to people's life but also serious to escape and rescue work [1, 2].

Based on the risk factor decomposition method, we analyzed risk factors and worked out urban rail traffic BT project risk factors set, as shown inTable1.
The Principles of Comply with International Practice.
For international has a similar maturity practice in project risk allocation, we can share the risk according to the principle of following international practice, such as general international FIDIC construction contract.
