Introduction
Aseptic loosening is still plagued the field of orthopedic problems.Currently accepted biological reasons for aseptic loosening is macrophages-mediated osteoclastic bone resorption by the wear particles.Advances in materials science make a variety of new bio-metal materials abound.
Artificial joint prosthesis material properties lead to general machining can not process which process hard materials specially (the processing hardness of the tool is not enough).
Through the standardisation of methods of particle preparation and characterization,it will be possible to compare the results from future studies of the biological response with materials currently in use and with new materials being developed.

Details of these materials are given in Table 2.
ATable 2: Chemical combination of the applied materials.
However, since both materials have different thermo-mechanical material parameters, the distribution of the temperature is different than in the solid ring.

Ceria powder has extensive application in ceramic, catalyst, and solid electrolyte materials [5,6].
The chemical compositions of raw materials and products were determined by X-ray Fluorescence (XRF, Shimadzu, XRF-1800).
The first weight loss occurred between 120 ºC and 210 ºC, which was mainly due to the loss of absorbed and bound water of the raw materials.
