The three periods of Landsat TM / ETM + data(1999, 2005,2010) of the LaoWangPo detention basin are used to analysis and calculate land use/cover change of the LaoWangPo detention basin from 1999 to 2010 , the single land use dynamic degree and the land use/cover change transition matrix, and to calculate the detention basin land use extent change indicators.
Research data selection and technical route Overview and the selection of RS data of the Laowangpo detention basin. The Laowangpo, located in the northeast of Xiping County where Xiaohong River, a branch of Honglv River in Huai River basin meets Yuni River, is an important project for flood detention in the midstream of Xiaohong, with the controlled basin area of 1555.Three time phases of 3-scene satellite image data were selected, with Landsat ETM+ in November, 1999 and Landsat TM in September, 2005 as well as Landsat TM in July, 2010.
The topographic map of the Laowangpo was used to perform the clipping of RS data and sort management of inspection results.
Research technique route.RS data was used to research the technical route(see Fig.1)of the LUCC in river flood storage and detention basin.
Unsupervised classification Post-classification process Extraction of dynamic information Laowangpo flood storage and detention basin Assessment and classification LandsatTM/ETM+ in 1999, 2005 and 2010 Data format conversion Image enhancement Geometric correction Image registration in different time phase Subset image framing clipping Precision analysis Fig.1 The technical route to study the LUCC Analyses of LUCC in river flood storage and detention basin Thematic information extraction.Unsupervised classification of each RS data was conducted to extract thematic information.

This method firstly relevantly deals with the collecting road signals, then getting Permutation Entropy (PE), and reaches relevant drawing data array.
On the other side, the quality of reference data can also be provided upon construction acceptance while anticipation is given upon road maintenance.
Algorithm Flow Chart shows as follows: Fig.2 Algorithm Flow Chart To testify the validity of the proceeding PE algorithm in examination of vibration signal, we will take the actual data collected from aboard as the original data samples in order to get its PE [11].
The close data point of subsequence is t, and this subsequence will use the largest overlap circumstances, which move the subsequence a data point backwards to get the next subsequence [12].
Calculating PE of each subsequence, then we will get a data point which PE assigns subsequence.

Model selected 28 variables, through the test of history, obtained future data.
The main data are selected from the Statistical Yearbook of Shaanxi Province, and China Energy Statistical Yearbook.
In this paper, the spatial extent is Shaanxi Province, the time range from 1999 to 2030, through collected data from 1999 to 2009 to predict the related prospects for future energy demand and CO2 emissions in Shaanxi Province.
Forecast of relevant data.
The paper take the energy, economic and population system in 1999 as the initial state, the collection of the known data of the initial state, the simulation program using Vensim simulates the energy consumption dynamics model for the year in 2009-2030, output 1 secondary data every three years, the results are showed in the form of chart or table inTab2,Fig3 and Fig4[6].

And the experimental data show that the measuring model is feasible.
It can calculate data according to the trapezoid.
The calculated data can be returned after calculate the processing reversing point.
And the data can back to control system.
The experiment data and answer are like Table 1.

The low density of Al-MMC contributes weight reduction thus reduces inertial forces and providing benefit in fuel saving.
Additional advantages are reduction of brake noise and more uniform frictional property compared to cast iron [5-7].
Mechanical and thermo-physical data of the material components were used coupled with mathematical models to determine the composite properties.
CE encompasses the entire product life cycle and requires the integration of business and engineering application effectively which involves the management of product and process data coupled with engineering knowledge [22-23].

The test results reveal that increasing thickness of the inner ring increases the tensile creep at early age leading to the reduction of the average strain and residual stress of the inner ring.
However, its low W/B compared to conventional concretes, the admixing of large quantities of admixtures and the absence of coarse aggregates lead to large autogenous shrinkage and large risk of occurrence of shrinkage cracking at early age due to the significant reduction of the cross-section enabled by the increase of strength when applied as structural member [1].
The mean values of the data measured by the two LVDTs were used.

Referring to Table 1, there is an anticipated trolley weight reduction by 68.86% by replacing steel with E glass fiber composite as a trolley material.
The user friendliness of ACP is evident in the hierarchical data description of materials, stackups and laminates.

When compressed uniaxially up to 60% reduction in the supercooled liquid (SCL) region, the flakes in this composite were substantially aligned their broad faces towards the compression plane that generated a strong fibre texture.
As-cast samples of size 12 × 6 × 1 mm were compressed at 138 °C and a true strain rate of 0.1s-1 up to a 60% reduction in thickness using an Instron 1185 testing facility.
(c) pole figure generated from the diffraction data of the crystalline flakes after deformation.
