The extruded bars were evaluated on their surface finish, shape conformance and materials
distribution across the cross-section.
Saw dust, as a filler, reduces raw materials cost, and improves stiffness and dimensional stability with minimal weight increase [1, 2].
The composite materials made out of these wastes are called Wood Plastic Composites (WPCs).
Materials The saw dust was sourced from Dysart, a timber company located in Auckland.

The studied grades of materials were: steel 45 and bronze BRAZH 9-4.
Based on the specifics of the formation of wave states of the material during WSH, it is quite interesting to study the distribution of microhardness in the surface layer of cylindrical and oval-shaped samples, and in materials with internal cavities (voids).

All applied contact materials enable formation of quality secondary contacts which is especially noteworthy at NiSi2 and Si.
All traces of contact materials had been removed and deposition of a second contact material followed.

It is well known that the magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrite materials mostly depend on the sintering behavior.
The reason is that the sintering behavior directly affects the microstructure of Mn-Zn ferrite materials, including grain size, homogeneous distribution, sintering density, and so on, which are the key points to make good Mn-Zn ferrite materials [3-6].
