The structure, material and craft of the switch valve sealing bush are studied in this paper.
Through the experiments of elastic materials, we compared kinds of elastic materials’ physical characteristics and found that the nylon composites could meet the working requirements.
With the passage of working time, water diffuses inside the nylon composites through macrocrack and micro-pore space between polymers and fiber, which causes the expansion of materials and the increase of shear force, and the service life of sealing bush reduces greatly[7].
