Study on synthesis and thermal property of polyvinylamine Hongchi Zhaoa, Qi Lib, Wenyu Xuc and Fan Huangd College of Chemistry and Environmental Science, Hebei University, Baoding 071002, Hebei, P.
The chemical structures and thermal properties of the polymers were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR), X-ray diffractmeter (XRD) and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA).
The structure of PVAm is simple, but its synthesis is difficult, so synthesis of PVAm has been a hot topic of scientific research[4].
Even if in crystalline polymer, the crystalline structure is also quite incomplete.
Therefore, the XRD result showed again the exact structure of PVAm·HCl.

Effect of Si addition on the microstructures and mechanical properties of TiAl intermetallics Jianfeng Zhu a, Wenwen Yang b, and Shaodan Li c Key Laboratory of Auxiliary Chemistry & Technology for Chemical Industry, Ministry of Education, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Xi'an 710021, China azhujf@sust.edu.cn, byangwenwen0909@yahoo.com, c549106258@qq.com Keywords: TiAl, Ti5Si3, Composite, Microstructure, Mechanical properties.
The results show that an appropriate amount of addition of Si refined the matrix structure obviously due to the in situ formed Ti5Si3, and as a result, the flexural strength and fracture toughness of the composites are modified.
The characteristics of the in situ composites are smaller reinforcement size, clean interface of reinforcement-matrix, thermally stable composite structure etc.
Some small amount of α2-Ti3Al phases were also appeared with the addition of Si, which formed duplex structure together with TiAl.
The sample without C doping (Fig.2(a)) has a coarse sized structure which is shown more clearly in Fig.2(c) While the sample with 5 % in situ formed Ti5Si3 (Fig. 2(b) and (c)) has a fine and homogeneous structure.

Results and Discussion Structure variation of biomass carbon adsorbents from rice husk.
FT-IR was used to study the changes of chemical structure of biomass carbon produced at different temperature, and the representative FT-IR spectrum of biomass carbon adsorbents from rice husk at 250 and 700 °C were shown in Fig. 1.
The polarity of the obtained biomass carbon adsorbents was decreased with the increasing of aromatic fractions in chemical structure, which meant that the adsorbents were transited from “soft carbon” to “hard carbon”.
The different chemical structure of adsorbents, such as the content of aromatic fractions in the molecular, was an important factor in the application and adsorption removal of pollutants from solution.

The results of XRD showed that the prepared material has a hexagonal crystal structure and is of high purity, as there are no peaks due to impurities.
The diffraction peaks confirmed that prepared ZnO structured with hexagonal wurtzite according the standard XRD (JCPDS card file, no. 36-1451) and previous reports [17,18].
All the tests conducted on the prepared material proved the preparation of ZnO rods within the nanoscale and hexagonal crystal structure, whose optical absorption edge is within the ultraviolet region.

High-resolution transmission electron microscopic (HRTEM) observations were performed along the [010], [110] and [001] zone axes in order to investigate the structure of the metastable phase.
In order to investigate the structure of the metastable phase and the relationship between the metastable phase and the HAp matrixtransmission electron microscopic (TEM: JEM-2010SP/JEOL, accelerating voltage: 200kV) observations were performed along [010], [110] and [001] zone axes.
In this study, TEM observations along different zone axes ([010], [110] and [001]) were performed in order to investigate the structure of the metastable phase and the relationship between the metastable phase and HAp matrix.
According to the results of the analysis of SAED patterns of metastable phase, the lattice constants of this metastable phase were analyzed into a=2.86 nm, b=0.943 nm, and c=0.69 nm with an orthorhombic crystal structure.
(2) From HRTEM images and results of the analysis of SAED patterns, the lattice constants of the metastable phase were analyzed into a=2.86nm, b=0.943nm, and c=0.69nm with an orthorhombic crystal structure.

Research Methods This study accumulated structure data for the PfDHFR-TS and native ligand (WR99110) proteins through Protein Data Bank with PDB ID: 1J3I.
In addition, structure optimization was conducted with ADT 1.5.6 and PyMOL 2.3 software [14] and docking parameter validation was performed through ADT 1.5.6.
The PfDHFR-TS enzyme structure and native ligand (WR99210) were obtained from the RCSB database of Protein (PDB ID1J3I).

Modification of VO2 Nano-Powders by Stearic Acid and its Mechanism Yan-wu Chen1, 2, Feng Wang1, Jian-qing Hu1 and Wei-ping Tu1 1School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510640; 2College of Chemical Technology, Shunde Polytechnic, Foshan 528333 Keywords: VO2, Nano-powders, Stearic acid, Modification, Mechanism Abstract.
Fig. 6 FT-IR spectra of VO2 before and after modified As a result, the two O atoms are almost equivalent with each other and bring about the structure shown in Fig. 7, when extremely strong coupling effect occurs and leads to two spectral bands.
In respect of mechanism, chemical bonding happens between stearic acid and VO2 to create V-O-V chain-like structure and generate C-O-V new coordination bond and V-OH bond; for the modification, the coordination bond comes into being first; then, proton transfer occurs; and finally, a molecule of water is removed to create a bond.
Enhanced chemical stability of VO2 nanoparticles by the formation of SiO2/VO2 core/shell structures and the application to transparent and flexible VO2-based composite foils with excellent thermochromic properties for solar heat control.
