According to Bilec, Ries, & Matthew [12] even though some civil engineers are committed to implement sustainable projects, most civil engineers do not actually include the sustainable principles into building projects.
Thus, it is not clear to what extend the building designers (architect and engineer) incorporate the green design performance measures into their designs.

As a new high performance construction material, concrete doped nano-TiO2 greatly expanded its application in engineering with the advantages of high strength and high durability.
Introduction Modern engineering practice indicates that concrete is confronted with higher performance requirement in the complicated special structure, and how to make the high strength concrete becomes an important topic in the engineer field.
Since the nano-material was used in civil areas in USA, the new materials industry has made a great development.

Abstract: Adopting LS-DYNA finite element simulation, the simulation model of hydraulic blasting was established.
A large amount of engineering practices prove that demolishing container shape structures by hydraulic blasting has certain advantages: smaller amount of engineering, faster progress and no smoke, which is an advanced blasting technology.

Abstract: According to the current situation and problems of the risk response of China's construction market, from the selection of risk factors and its weight, expert evaluation score, and other aspects, and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the system thinking, analyzes the reliability of the risk response plan, studies the application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in more risk solutions to select, and the results show that the comprehensive evaluation value of each plan is organic combined the experience of experts with the strict quantitative analysis, and enhance the evaluation results of scientific and reasonable and
These risk might caused the project implementation out of control, such as program modification, extension, cost increase, which eventually led to the engineering economic benefit is reduced, and even the project fails[1].
And the characteristics of modern engineering construction project is large scale, new technology, long time, too many participants , and the environment more complicated, it can be said that it is full of crisis in the process of the project[2].
