Conducting Drainage Works for Goaf Water of Small Coal Mines to Avoid Flooding Accidents
During the drainage works for goaf water of small coal mines, Zhangcun Coal Mine encountered goaf waters for 6 times, and handled them properly and in time, effectively releasing 3600m3 goaf water.
Such a drainage project plays an important role in the later works of water detection and water release, and provided security guarantee for both.
Strengthen Field Management and Promote Mass Observation and Mass Monitoring for Water Prevention and Control Works in Mines (1)Strengthen the training of water prevention knowledge for employees, and improve their awareness of water prevention.
For mines with complicated hydro-geological conditions, drainage system is the critical factor for water prevention work, and drainage capability has a straightforward effect on the safety in water prevention and treatment, especially for mines severely threatened by goaf water and floor pressurized water.
By the training of water prevention knowledge, employee’s awareness of water hazards is improved; by greatly revolutionizing the cadres’ working style, their responsibilities and working enthusiasm are enhanced; and by proper allocation of security units’ professional functions, the water hazards are minimized.

Foam concrete can adjust its obturator rate from the bibulous rate control, the general bibulous rate is about 20% ~ 25%, low water absorption rate of the product is about 8% ~ 8%, low water absorption products can reach 2% ~ 5%.
These places most in need of heat preservation, aerated concrete cannot be applied due to high water absorption.

Abstract.
Introduction With the increased throughput capacity of the port, shipping large-scale, professional and high-speed development trends and the improvement of port service level, all of them put forward higher requirements to the harbor navigable conditions and scale.
Because of channel section forms and effects between shipping and water flow, channel design width is normally expressed by multiple of design shipping width, see Table 3.
There into, channel design width, also as channel effective width, has to meet a serial of design requirements, including shipping manipulation, the influence of shipping meeting in both way channel, the influence of wind and water flow, the influence of bank suction effect, and navigation aids; clearance width is supposed to be the extra channel width, because of taking into account the following factors, like bank erosion, sediment transporting and depositing, and material and texture of bank, and it mainly includes traffic density extra width, crosswind extra width, transverse flow extra width, navigation aids extra width, goods risk extra width, water depth-loaded draft ratio extra width and bottom material extra width, etc.
According to the experiences of professional from maritime sector or water diversion department, when crosswind and transverse flow of waterway local area was large, it can be resolved by properly increasing navigation speed, in order to decrease shipping wind and flow pressure deflection, so track belt width will be reduced accordingly, due to this specification is compiled based on the early port construction conditions and shipping observations.
