Abstract.
For PVD methods, however, required relatively high temperatures or vacuum environments, and give difficulties in the preparation of source materials.
This method possesses several advantages over chemical method, and compared with metal-organic and halogen CVD systems, it is more easily to prepare the source materials.
China under grant No. 2009AA033201, State Key Lab of Advanced Metals and Materials (2010Z-09), Public Foundation of Beijing Key Lab for Advanced Powder Metallurgy and Particulate Materials (USTB) Conclusions In this work, PZT thin film was prepared through a liquid mist microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition method.

Wood, stone, bricks, and tiles have become auxiliary temple construction materials, which are generally applied to walls and roofs [4].
Furthermore, traditional building materials, that is, opaque mixed concrete and brick, offer insufficient indoor lighting and necessitate the use of artificial light such as fluorescent or incandescent lamps.
To block the penetration of solar energy, when producing most types of glass, physical vapor deposition is typically employed to deposit layers of metallic materials on glass for forming a composite metal layer.

Based on the experimental materials, bond–slip behavior of the steel reinforced concrete (SRC) column is studied here.
Based on the experimental materials, bond–slip behavior of the steel reinforced concrete (SRC) columns is studied here.
The numerical calculation results which fitted the known experimental materials showed that the slip curves have the basic characteristic of quadratic curves distribute.
