The Chinese microblog emotional tendency analysis based on sentiment dictionary Chengfang Tan tcf321@sohu.com Keywords: Sentiment Dictionary, Microblog, Emotional Tendencies Abstract: With the Web 2.0 development, microblog has become the current hot spots. To HowNet Sentiment dictionary-based, and the current dictionary of commonly used network terminology adds microblog emotional, Sina API access to data, to build the microblog sentiment dictionary, for the Chinese microblog emotional information analysis, the experimental results show that the analytical methods microblog text emotional tendency analysis with good results.
In order to prevent the experimental results rely too much on specific areas, this experiment selected multiple topics microblog data test data from three areas, entertainment, sports, and product, each field selected 1000 microblog message, a total of 3000.
The experimental procedure is as follows: (1) From the network to obtain experimental data of manually label each category the number of emotions and emotional tendencies. (2)The network common emotional word is added to the sentiment dictionary. (3) The text of the microblog pretreatment. (4)The use of microblog sentiment dictionary calculated microblog emotional tendencies. (5) Comparative analysis of experimental results precision and recall rate.
The workers marked statistics are shown in Table 1: Table 1 The manual annotation analysis table Fields Number of positive emotions Number of negative emotions The number of intermediate emotions The total number Entertainment 306 351 343 1000 Sport 334 397 264 1000 Product 422 223 355 1000 Total 1067 971 962 3000 The statistics show that in the table, in all areas of sample data are not evenly distributed in the emotional tendency in the field of entertainment and sport, most users have a clear emotional tendencies, and the negative tendency is more obvious, relatively speaking, in the production areas, the majority of positive emotions.

Data from wind tunnel experiments are used to show how the docking when refueling is affected by the lower speeds, position behind the supply aircraft and weather conditions.
Wind Tunnel Data A wind tunnel model was considered the most practical as a research starting point to generate data for later computer modeling [2].
Table 1: Speeds and head wind and tail winds of 10 KTS. 90 KTS 100 KTS Wind no head tail no head tail X-axis 1200 1050 1500 900 800 1100 Y-axis 700 600 800 500 440 600 120 KTS 140 KTS Wind no head tail no head tail X-axis 800 700 900 700 600 780 Y-axis 450 400 520 400 380 450 Aerodynamic Data In Figures 2 to 4 below shows the graphical representation of the data from table 1.
Secondly, as the level flight speed reduces the total elliptical deflections and the addition of a head wind aids this reduction.

The energy transitions are observed and compared existing data at critical points.
The calculated results are compared with the existing experiment data.
The transition energy is calculated and given in table 1(a, b), with experimental data at CPs for comparison.
The transitions of electrons from In-5s orbital to N-2p orbital induce a peak in figure 4(c) with value of 6.52eV for M4v-M3c, and experimental data is 6.18eV [15].
It shows good agreement with experimental data and the other theoretical data.

After the comparison of relevant data between Ma Qun and excellent male javelin athletes all over the world, Ma Qun’s advantages and shortages have been found out, thus can help providing kinematics indicators and technical guidance for the training of Chinese athletes.
Meanwhile, by comparing relevant datas of Ma Qun with other excellent male javelin athletes in the world, this paper helped to find out their advantages and shortages, so as to improve the technical level in sports and narrow the gap with world excellent athletes as well as to offer more kinematics indicators and technical guidance for the technique training of Chinese athletes.
Original data was smoothly processed through low-pass filter, with its break frequency of 8 Hz.
By studying the data, we discover that the angle of Ma Qun’s right knee is 147.80° in T1, 137.00° in T2, with a reduction of 10.80°; While the right knee angle of world’s excellent athletes is usually 151.00° in T1 and 148.00° in T2, with a reduction of only 3.00°.
Comparing this data with the 21.00° body torso angle of world’s excellent athletes in T3, we can see that the difference is small.

The building types include office buildings, commercial buildings and school buildings, and the data can be obtained from a simulation model or the field database.
Kuchen and Fisch [1] developed the linear relationship by adjusting the data.
The input data include weather data, constructional characteristics, physical description of buildings, internal heat gains, energy consumption for electric lighting and office equipment, occupancy time schedules, infiltration and ventilation, installed heating and cooling power.
The output data include heating, cooling, lighting and total energy consumption, and percentage of time the PMV lies between the specified ranges.
The validation procedure is based on hourly measured data for indoor temperature, relative humidity and energy consumption for heating, cooling and ventilation, collected by the building’s energy management system.

Robots as autonomous machines facilitate activities that represent high risk to human operators, thus a contribution to industrial safety, cost reduction, effectiveness, quality and productivity can be obtained.
However, due to high number of parameters and nonlinear dynamics of the model, it is necessary to ensure that the excitation signal selected can provide accurate and fast parameter estimation in the presence of disturbances and that the data processing be simple and yields accurate results [1], [2].
By considering the reduction effect by the engine, the Eq. 1 can be significantly reduced for the first joint (waist) by a dynamic representation in terms of inertia and frictions [7]: J0q+B0q+k0q=Km0u0

Many researches were conducted about the energy dissipaters with sudden reduction and sudden enlargement forms.
The reduction ratio (β), defined as the ratio of the orifice diameter (d) of the energy dissipater and the diameter (D) of flood discharge tunnel, is an important index affecting all the hydraulic characteristics.
The data in Table 1 demonstrate that the incipient cavitations number si have hardly changes with Reynolds number Re and are constants approximately.

Therefore, the weight reduction of the components composed of the bogie system is essential for the lightweight design of the railway vehicle.
The use of composite elements for the frame of the bogies gives a weight reduction of approximately 25%, enabling minimization of power capacity, energy consumption and wear.
The finite element analysis result showed a good agreement with the measured data.

Conclusions The effect of the presence of C60-carbon in KAPTON is a clear reduction in dielectric permitivity εr for the entire range of temperature considered and a decrease in the dielectric loss factor tan δ at temperatures below 300 K (Fig.4).
A constant temperature of extreme tan δ and a decrease in their values along with higher fullerene contents can indicate that the additions of C60-carbon do not generate qualitative changes in the main dipole relaxation of time constant τ1; however they cause a reduction inthe main dipole relaxation volume.

During each of the pass the gradual reduction of the rod diameter occurs.
It should be noted that during a multi-pass extrusion (i.e. with the gradual reduction of diameter) the strain accumulated in the material increases.
