Wong research group reported by triphenylamine compound was complexed with the metal complexes of Ir, Ir compound with a different ratio of CBP (4,4'-N, N'- diphenyl carbazole) by making the device ratio of the light-emitting layer, the device may get the maximum luminous intensity of 7451 cd / m2 and the maximum luminous efficiency of 5.81 cd/A, the maximum power efficiency of 3.65 lm/W.
