Zinc core electrodeposition was then performed in an aqueous electrolyte solution containing 60 g L−1 ZnCl2, 200 g L−1 H3BO3 with a constant potential of − 1.1 V (versus the Ag/AgCl reference electrode) for 1 hr.
The SnO2 nanotubes shown in Fig.1were electrodeposited with varying times of 1, 2, 4 and 12 hours.
