Due to its small structure in size, microneedles can reduce both puncture pain and tissue damage in a patient [1].
For this purpose, several microneedles have been developed for transporting drugs [1].
The delivery concept into a three dimensional section of human skin is shown in Fig. 1.

For the model of W doped with BiVO4 , a 2×2×2 supercell (comprised of 16 BiVO4 units) was built, in which a V-atom was substituted by a W-atom [14,15],as shown in Figure 1.
Table 1 showed the changes of the lattice parameters before and after the geometry optimization.
It can be seen that the deviation between Experimental value and computed value was less than 1%, so the structure of BiVO4 was reasonable and acceptable [12].
