Besides the combination of automatic watering eggs cooling system for hatching process can significantly reduce the required manpower for watering eggs cooling and biosecurity control risk, the average hatching ratio is 82.06% that can satisfy the requirement of general professional goose breeding eggs incubator.
In order to reduce the demand for manpower, the specification of watering system is 1/2” PVC water supply pipes, and four longitudinal pipe designed for the combination of twelve separate ways nozzle totally, the power of belt-type water supply machine is 1HP.
Start from the twelfth day, the automatic eggs cooling system will conduct regular daily automatic cooling and watering.
The fact shows that the automatic watering eggs cooling system is good enough to bear the working requirement.

To eliminate the used sand to the residual coal dust(FS powder) of the experiment, it is all new sand in experiment, add bentonite, coal dust(FS powder, coal dust+α starch), water, dry mixed 3minutes,wet mixed 8 minutes in molding sand technological condition, then test various properties of molding sand.

M593 shell ‘s main fault is machinery adhering sand, it’s caused by casting wall thick(compared with other parts), takes much longer for molding sand at high temperature(Also, the environment temperature is very high in summer, large water loss in casting mold, the stability on surface of sand mold is lower).Except raise content of FS powder, lower pouring temperature proper can be used to reduce M593 shell’s adhering sand fault.

The experimental work was carried out by dispersing MCC in water with the help of a non-ionic surfactant (Pluronic F-127) using ultrasonication energy.
