Several factors affect on residual stress relaxation such as amount of stress, stress relief time, relaxation temperature and metallurgical behavior of phase at PWHT temperature.
Material Properties.
The thermal, physical and mechanical properties of the metal have been taken from [2] and are shown in Table-1 and Table-2.
Assuming these properties as a function of temperature increases the accuracy of simulation.

Offshore wind turbine supporting structure long term works in the harsh marine environment, suffering from a variety of negative factors such as the seawater corrosion, marine growths, water scour, collision of sea ice and ship, etc..
The study found that such adverse environmental factors might easily result in a whole or partial component damage of the foundation support structure, and eventually lead to the reduction of security and durability.
However, due to the complex environment at sea, the bracing structure of the offshore wind turbine set will be affected by various negative factors like seawater corrosion, marine growths, water scour, collision of sea ice and ship, etc., which causes damage to the supporting structure of the offshore wind turbine set and affects the security of the set.
The harm of marine environment to the supporting structure of the offshore wind turbine The supporting structure of the offshore wind turbine set not only bear the influence from wind, wave and current, but also bear the long-term influence of negative factors such as seawater corrosion, marine growths, water scour, collision of sea ice and ship, and so on.
The corrosion has serious influence on the mechanical property of the materials of the supporting structure, and thus affects the security of the wind turbine.

Accurately predicting compressive strength (CS), a critical mechanical property, is crucial for ensuring these structures' optimal performance and reliability.
Cement paste, a key ingredient in concrete, is a hierarchical material that exhibits different mechanical properties at various length scales, from nanometers to micrometers [9].
One of the key factors influencing concrete compressive strength is the water-to-cement (w/c) ratio and the aggregate-to-cement (a/c) ratio [10].
These findings align with prior studies, underscoring the significant roles of age and cement content in affecting sustainable concrete mixtures' fresh and hardened properties [16].
At the same time, supplementary materials such as blast furnace slag and fly ash also play crucial roles in optimizing concrete properties.

Main restrictions of polymer application include their low thermal stability that leads to changes in mechanical properties at even 100ºC, ability to accumulate electric charges that may cause sparking, low thermal conductivity that impedes cooling of the operating systems [1-6].
The addition of reinforcing elements usually improves the mechanical, tribological, physical and thermal properties of metals and alloys, thereby extends the range of their applications and possibility of utilization [9, 10].
Changes in the wear resistance with increased reinforcing phase fractions are more distinct than the friction coefficient changes, which suggest that the main factor affecting the friction coefficient value is the matrix material (here: PTFE) while the wear level depends on the reinforcement.

As soon as the excellent properties of hardness and wear resistance were verified, it was named widia (“wie diamond”, like diamond) [3].
Among the different sintering techniques, the traditional ones have the disadvantage of preparing bulks, of not being efficient for pores elimination, and of promoting grain growth; hence, the mechanical properties may be affected by the sintering process used.

Mian et al. [3] studied the dominant factors towards identifying size effect to optimise surface quality in their recent work.
The motivation of this study is to identify the factors that affect cutting performance and results in micro milling operations.
The factors include workpiece material property and tool diameter.
The diverse material properties such as hardness can result in the variation of cutting performance, such as surface quality and cutting forces in machining processes.
Surface roughness on brass cutting tests with 0.9 mm diam. tool, 0.05 mm depth of cut Based on these results, material properties and tool diameter have strong influence on surface quality in the micro milling.

The trend of auto industries is to increase the use of light. weight materials instead of conventional steel, but aluminum is costly, and adding aluminum is less mechanical properties than steel.
The previous studies of aluminum and steel RSW focused on the mechanical properties and the weldability parameters.
Fig.8: Pullout failure mode of RSW joint, a: at 5 KA welding current, b: at 6 KA, c: at 7 KA, d: at 8 KA. 3.4 Improve the mechanical properties After identifying the best welding condition, the second stage of this research begins, which seeks to improve the mechanical properties obtained by using many method.

The characteristics of the lasergenerated ultrasonic waves depend on a number of factors including the optical penetration depth, thermal diffusion and the elastic and geometrical features of the materials, and also on the parameters of the exciting laser pulse including the shape, focus spot and pulse width [1,2].
Further, it is essential that the heat-affected zone due to the deposition of laser energy be much smaller than the domain of mechanical waves [6].
The thermal and mechanical properties for the first and second layer of skin model used are Poisson's ratio of 0.499, Young's modulus of 88 kPa and 1 kPa, thermal expansion coefficient of 3.0x10 -4 K -1 and 9.2x10 -4 K -1 respectively [8].
The character of the surface wave dispersion is determined by the properties of the two layers in the model.
Analysis of these waveforms by calculating the phase velocity dispersion relations would allow an inverse solution to calculate material thickness and properties.

The advantage of the new algorithm is above all that irregular fracture front can be realistically simulated, which in turn reflects the stress states in multi-layers and their different rock mechanical properties.
The stratigraphy, required petro-physical, mechanical and reservoir properties are available and were provided from the involved companies [4].
In addition, the fracture half-lengths of FLAC3D are slightly affected by the time step and the element size.
The advantage of the new algorithm is above all that irregular fracture front can be realistically simulated, which in turn reflects the stress states in multi-layers and their different rock mechanical properties.
In contrast, the fracture front in FracPro is always composed of two half ellipses regardless of the mechanical and hydraulic properties of the stratification and hence the fracture propagation pattern is uniform.
