The functional group on the surface of the carbon black particle helps to increase the rate of reaction which results in the reduction of activation overpotential.
A digital multi-meter was connected to the prototype VRB and a mini cell to monitor the voltages and then the voltage data are recorded in a real time by the data logger which the sampling rate can be controlled via the computer.
This made the reduction of activation overpotential and ohmic overpotential due to the functional group on the surface of CB particle that increased the rate of reaction.

In this procedure, Pd nanoparticles of 3-5 nm in size have been synthesized by formalin reduction method and incorporated into mesoporous SBA-15 silica during hydrothermal synthesis.
Preparation of Pd/SBA-15 Nanocomposite Pd nanoparticles were synthesized by formalin reduction of palladium tetrammine chloride in an aqueous solution under the presence of a capping agent [18].
The products were confirmed by comparing the H and13 C NMR and mass spectral data with authentic samples.

A general-purpose useful parameter in data analysis is the intrinsic dimension of a data set, corresponding to the minimum number of variables necessary to describe the data without significant loss of information.
Assume that xi is a set of n-D input data vector.
The total signals then were divided into 2 data sets: data set 1 consisted of 60 raw vibration signals (20 per condition) for training, and data set 2 consisted of 15 (5 per condition) for testing.
Noticed from the table that a non-significant loss of information occurs when the data are projected on a space of dimension two; it is clear that the intrinsic dimension of the data set is two.
Then fifteen 7-D feature data were tested and the results were displayed in Fig. 2(b), where solid signs represent the image points of feature data in data set 2.

It is revealed that a reduction in nozzle diameter and dispersion angle help in generating fine (smaller diameter) particles, whereas increase in sheet constant is responsible for fine particle production.
The model is thus based on empirical model that are obtained from experimental data.
Nurick [13] defined a contraction coefficient (Cc) for the cross-sectional area reduction.
Hence, these three computationally available atomizer models are used for the pressurised inhaler and their results are compared with the experimental data reported by Dunbar et al. [6]. 2.
The case of nozzle diameter 0.4 and 0.3 mm follow the same trend of reduction in droplet diameter with the reduction in dispersion angle in every plot shown in Fig. 11.

Video data is geometrically fast as the rate of growth, the video data processing and analysis have lagged behind the pace of development in the growth of data, resulting in large amounts of data is wasted.
Therefore, it becomes an urgent need for efficient retrieval of video data content.
Video data is geometrically fast as the rate of growth, the video data processing and analysis have lagged behind the pace of development in the growth of data, resulting in large amounts of data is wasted [1].
People use video data problem faced by the lack of data from the early, rapid transition to the continuous generation of mass from the video data to capture the required information quickly.
Therefore, it becomes an urgent need for efficient retrieval of video data content.

Data for abatement curve for HFC, PFC and SF6 emission from industry process and other sources were used in IPAC model.
Figure 4 present the cost learning curve used in the model compared with data by 2010.
Figure 4 technology learning curve used in IPAC/AIM-technology model and data for 2010.
By 2010, cement output and steel output is 1.8billion ton and 630million ton, which is already higher or near to the data in table 2.
Recently IPAC modeling team made analysis again on the demand for cement and steel by using similar methodology with energy forecasting, it is again confirmed the data in table is the way for China to go.

In recent years, the weight reduction of components in the automotive and aircraft industries has become a major issue in achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs), as it is critical to reducing fuel and energy consumption.
For weight reduction, rims and wheels are fabricated by the hot forging of Mg alloys, and the shortening of the die life is a problem because of the high load on the die and the tendency to burn and wear caused by adhesion in the hot forging of Mg.
Introduction In the automotive and aircraft industries, the weight reduction of structural components not only improves mobility but also contributes significantly to reducing fuel and energy consumption.
The billet material was AZ80, and hot deformation resistance data were obtained from a hot compression test [7].

Auction have several advantages, first it can reduce tax distortions and promote the reduction of technological innovation, second it has greater flexibility in the allocation of costs, finally it can reduce the pollution tax differences, but its technical aspects need further study.
The reasons are follow, on the one hand it is lack of long period and large number historical environmental monitoring data for the environmental capacity, on the other hand the accurate determination of environmental capacity needs to be combined with the development of local economy and a perfect evaluation system that you will obtain a real result.
At present, since the pollution discharge reduction as the main policy of total control has achieved certain results.
China is still in the pressure to the environmental protection and the pollution discharge reduction, it led to the process of industrialization when economic is rapidly developing, this speed has brought phenomenon that in order to complete the emission reduction targets, local governments at all levels have no time to consider the sustainability issues of how to reasonable improve regional environmental quality, just simply to meet this targets, as a result it will bring environmental managers more difficult new issues.
On one hand, it can avoid the great cost burden from all the marketing of emission trading, on the other hand, it can promote emission enterprises update the technology about energy saving and reduction.

Dam-Break Hazard Vulnerability Risk Assessment Contents Since the “International Strategy for Disaster Reduction", issued by United Nations from the perspective of hazard, proposed that risk assessment is a process to analyze and access the triggering agents that may bring about potential threat or hazard to the life, property, livelihoods and human dependent environment, and the vulnerability of hazard-affected bodies [8], and thus to further determine the nature and scope of risk.
Its essence is the portfolio of available risk level reduction to the hazard-affected system and all abilities and resources affected by the hazard.
The mean and variance of each parameter shall be calculated in accordance with the experimental data and shall analyze its distribution function by virtue of mathematical fitting.
Specifically, the fundamental disaster response capacity refers to the human resources; financial resources and material basis foundation that are contribute to disaster risk reduction.

Due to the small Young's modulus of the polymers their stress reduction during unloading is small too and hardly visible in Fig. 4.
The yield condition is again fulfilled first in the Al layer leading to a reduction of the slope of the stress-strain curves in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.
As their Young's moduli differ, the related stress reduction also differs from layer to layer.
This stress reduction is 35 times higher than in the polymer layers as their Young's moduli differ by a factor of 35.
