The cryo-insulation performance of vehicular tank directly affects the security of LNG transport greatly.
Therefore, the cryo-insulation performance of vehicular tank directly affects the security of LNG transport greatly.
Compared with low temperature adaptation range, low temperature deformation rate, tensile strength, and other key mechanical properties, 9Ni steel is better than other steels in application of LNG tank at -163℃.
temperature (℃) 200 280~460 140 140 160 240~260 854 1600 Compared with the thermal insulation material, rigid polyurethane foam has better insulation properties than other materials.
Thermal analysis above is based on the heat leakage under steady state heat transfer condition, while ignore heat transfer between gas and LNG in the tank, heat convection between gas and tank shell, volatility of environmental temperature and light factors, inhomogeneity of material, pressure of LNG tank, and composition of LNG.

Determination of the equivalent properties for dynamic simulation is not always a direct and straightforward calculation, as they have to represent, not only the static reactions, but also the dynamic behavior, which depends on a more complex relation of the geometrical (area, inertia moment), mechanical (elastic modulus) and physical (density) properties.
But in all these cases, key factors for successful damage detection are, on the one hand, the experimental setup for controlled conditions and to reduce ambient noise; and on the other hand, the assemblage of the finite element model, including mesh refinement, boundary conditions and the material's properties.
In most cases, simple experiments are recommended to define the general properties of the material and the FE model element type.
Properties for the joint were calculated from an inverse problem experiment.
In practical cases for mechanical elements in service, where it is not possible to get specimens for direct tests to get the mechanical properties of the material, this type of technique opens up the possibility for its characterization using simple experimental tests and the SDM method.

The presence of "contact holes" and cracks has been established, which may be due to the uneven distribution of the foam maker and the occurrence of a pressure differential between adjacent pores that adversely affects the PB properties.

The adhesion of oral bacteria on the denture surface is influenced mainly by three factors, including microorganism, dental materials and host [2,3].
There may exist different surface physicochemical properties, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, biological toxicity in different types of prosthetic materials.
In the machining process, acrylic resin can be affected by various factors including its poor physical and mechanical properties, thus resulting in structural aging and chemical changing to make it more conducive to bacteria adhesion.
To some extent, the alloy materials can reduce bacteria adhesion. because their physical and chemical properties are relatively stable.

While current welding processes prioritize the quality of the weld, including factors like strength, leak-tightness, and heat-affected zone, the control of post-weld deformation in critical structures, particularly high-precision joints, has received less attention.
The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel are presented in Tables 1 and 2.
The interaction between physical factors during the welding process.

The research results of mechanical properties, hydrogen embrittlement and corrosion fatigue of new and corroded galvanized wires which were used in cable-supported bridges were summarized.
Mechanical Properties of Corroded Wires Table 1 illustrates the progression of the corrosion of cable wires through four levels, which can easily be identified visually, and are the basis for a steel wire inspection.
Shun-ichi Nakamura, Keita Suzumura and Toshimi Tarui did some research on the mechanical properties of corroded galvanized steel wires [20].
It is known that non-diffusive hydrogen does not affect hydrogen embrittlement, although a further study is required to clarify how non-diffusive hydrogen affects fatigue strength.
It was found that the stress would not affect the amount of diffusive hydrogen.

The tests for physical and mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concretes (LWAC) were conducted in terms of workability, compressive strength, apparent density, abrasion resistance and absorption.
Various physical properties of different types of LA are shown in Table 2.
Physical Properties of Lightweight Aggregates Properties Pumice Cellular LA MTEC LA Bulk Specific Gravity (SSD) 1.13 1.25 0.87 Absorption (%) 53.13 32.49 9.91 Fineness Modulus 7.25 6.22 7.60 Maximum Size (mm) 19.00 9.50 19.00 Elongation Index (%) 11.60 8.33 6.46 Flakiness Index (%) 7.20 36.37 0.62 For the second part, bottom ash was used as fine aggregate to replace the river sand.
When only the type of aggregate was changed while the other components such as binder (cement and fly ash) content, fine aggregate and w/b were kept constant, it can be concluded that the type of lightweight aggregate was the main factor affecting the compressive strength of LWAC.
The main key factor affecting the compressive strength of LWAC was the type of LA used.

Accurate temperature process and mechanical properties of materials is the key to obtain the accurately stress field of the dam.
Affected by various factors, even if the temperatures of the temperature history data are measured in locale, the calculation stress of the dam may has much difference from the actual value of the dam, because the actual mechanical parameters of the dam has big difference from the laboratory’s which is obtained in ideal lab condition.
On the base of the thermal factors, referring to the data from the five-direction strain gauges, the mechanics properties is inversed and then the corresponding stress can be got.
Case 1 is the thermal factors inversion and feedback case.
And then the whole construction is simulated with the lab mechanics properties.
