Abstract
A three-dimensional microfluidic biosensor has been successfully designed using a low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology.
But a three-dimensional microchannel can be easily realized using a low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology.
In this paper, a 3-dimensional microfluidic cell counter has been successfully designed using a low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology.

Abstract.
Introduction Ceramic materials have been more and more widely used in various fields due to their superior physical and thermal properties and will become one of the most potential engineering materials.
Fractures and microcracks largely reduce mechanical properties of workpiece and hugely increase the danger in practical engineering applications.
Elastic modulus of silicon nitride ceramic was 420.657 GPa and Poisson ratio 0.18 which were gotten from experiments.
