This is not the behaviour observed in geological materials and reflected in plasticity models like Cam-clay and Cap.
The cap model used to represent the yield surface of geological materials need modifications in order to extend its validity to the case of metal powder compacts.

To add to the knee joint meniscus, material use fiber elastic material instead of elastic modulus is 0.148 MPa, poisson's ratio is 0.3, basically accord with human body material requirements of the meniscus.
Meniscus of the material parameters of the model are shown in table 1 shows, with this kind of material is now mostly using alternative materials, yield limit is strong, good compressibility and higher compared with soft tissue stiffness coefficient.

Nanocrystalline bismuth titanate materials were synthesized via hot injection method for the first time.
FESEM images indicated nano particles of bismuth titanate materials were produced at lower temperatures.
It is note-worthy that crystallinity of the materials increased remarkably at 400oC.
