Abstract.
The contaminants’ spread in the drinking water distribution system is modeled and analyzed, and the influence of some of the conventional water quality parameters is studied, and the kinds of contaminants are classified (Jeffrey Yang et al., 2008) [2].

Among these, Tian Qian’s [5] definition and division on early stage shrinkage of concrete is considered to be more acceptable, which is: (1) autogenous shrinkage, which is apparent volumetric or linear decrease of sealed concrete after casting, and deformation caused by mass change, variation in temperature, moisture content, external loading and restraints are not included; (2) chemical shrinkage, which is absolute volumetric or linear decrease caused by hydration process; (3) settlement shrinkage, which is apparent volumetric or linear decrease of sealed concrete during plastic stage and is caused by chemical reaction or sedimentation; (4) self-desiccation shrinkage, which means apparent volumetric or linear decrease of due to internal relative humidity decline caused by chemical shrinkage in sealed concrete.
