Chinese scholars included LIU Zhi-xiang (LIU et al.,2004),using cemented tailings for filling materials [1]; YAO Jian (YAO et al.,2006) ,using phos-phogypsum and fly ash cemented as filling materials[2]; ZHAO Cai-zhi (ZHAO et al.,2008) ,using PL paste cementing material (ordinary Portland cement, gyp-sum, lime and many kinds of admixture composed), fly ash, SiHe’s sand for filling materials[3]; WEI Xiu-quan (WEI et al.,2009), CUI Zeng-di (CUI et al.,2010), HE Li-hui (HE et al.,2011) and LI Meng (LI et al.,2012),using coal gangue, fly ash as the main aggregate of coal gangue setting fill materials, experimentizing the paste filling material on the mechanical properties respectively, and elastic modulus, strength and deformation performance of filling material was studied[4-7].

Electrochemical discharge machining (ECDM) of metallic materials is based on synergetic action of anodic dissolution with erosive effect of electrical discharges in material removal process.
