Thermal fatigue properties of solder joints encapsulated with underfill were studied
conducting thermal shock tests.
During curing process, lower temperatures and longer times, thus allowing for full curing of the underfill will lead to lower thermal stress and better physical and mechanical properties.
Fig.1 The thermal properties of underfills: (a) DSC results and (b) TMA results Figure 2 shows the change of electrical resistance of flip chip package under thermal shock according to different underfills.
Voids are defined as cavities formed in the solder joint and may degrade the mechanical robustness of the board level interconnection and consequently affect the reliability and the conducting performance of solder joint.
The location and the size of voids in the solder joints are perhaps the key factors on the performance and the reliability of solder joints.

Sintered product not only has a complicated shape and precision compared with injection molding method of plastic, but also has a physical, chemical and mechanical properties closed forging.
Traditional powder metallurgy technology for the preparation of pure iron, the lower the relative density of the resulting products, making the magnetic properties of the products affected to some extent.
Tasovac et al [3] study the properties of Fe-3 % Si and Fe-6 % Si soft magnetic by MIM, soft magnetic materials for MIM Fe-6 % Si mixed powder is higher than the density of the material sintered prealloyed powder prepared, better soft magnetic properties.
The main factors that affect coercivity is the grain size.

Abstract: Aiming at the preparation problems of Al2O3+cordierite+AlN composite ceramic, the experiment emphatically investigates two influencing factors both the addition of cordierite and Al2O3 and sintering process parameter.
Small amounts of Al5O6N distribute dispersive in the boundary of Al2O3+AlN solid solution which affect the thermal conductivity of the composite ceramic.

The mechanical properties of the two materials are shown as Table1.
J-1.5-4 Fig.4 Change law of resonance frequency Analysis on vibration fatigue life has not been resolved so far because there are many factors that affect fatigue life.
Many factors have important role on the amplitude of strain response.
Many factors maybe cause damping value change in test.
Change boundary condition, dynamical properties of the structure change too.

In order to understand the relationship between the tensile property and the blended ratio of SP-PVA/combed cotton blended yarn, the tensile properties of SP-PVA/combed cotton blended yarn with different blended ratio were measured.
Introduction Many researchers pay attention to the mechanical property of the blended yarn.
The pure cotton yarn, the pure SP-PVA yarn and the blended yarn are of 18tex and 320 twist factor.
This results from the mechanical property of the fibers.
Although the fibers are blended and twisted with each other in forming the yarn, this does not affect or change the facts of the non-matching due to the difference of the mechanical property of the blended fibers.

Springback is a common phenomenon in steel plate forming, caused by the elastic redistribution of the internal stresses during unloading, which may affect the tolerance and final shape of parts.
The material properties of the mild steel are temperature dependent and the various values of mechanical properties at different temperatures are listed in Tables 1 [7], with density of 7.85g/cm3, friction coefficient of 0.12, Hill48 plasticity law and bilinear isotropic hardening materials.
Table 1 Material mechanical properties of mild steel No.
In Table 1, elastic modulus, yield strength and tensile strength decrease with increasing temperature, while the springback by the combined effect of these three factors, eventually leading to the law presented in Figure 4.

Fig. 9 Pareto diagram and estimated response surface – DP500, 0.6mm thickness
From figure 9, one can observe that strong interaction exist between the joint gap and travel speed while travel speed is the most important factor affecting the shear strength value.
The results reveled that the base material thickness influences the significance of the investigated process parameters / influence factors with impact onto the maximum obtainable shear strength values.
Thus, for the 0.6mm thick AHSS, the travel speed is the most important influence factor, for the 0.8mm thick AHSS it remains the most important influence factor but also the joint gap becomes important and for the 1.2mm thick AHSS, the joint gap becomes the most important influence factor.

How to reasonably solve these elements is one difficult point in intelligent furniture and also one important factor of design innovation and knowledge property protection.
The rule of humanization includes 2 factors: physical and psychological, that is , the design cannot disobey this rule just for seeking function.
To strengthen the durability of intelligent furniture, we can borrow the design methods of mechanical and electronic products because the wearing of transmitting drive, the erosion of electronic circuit and circuit aging are the effective factors of furniture longevity.
Human factors in engineering and design.
