First, use Taguchi orthogonal array experimental factors with orthogonal properties for ultrasonic-assisted turning of the L9 orthogonal array, and apply the orthogonal array experimental data as initial ANN training examples.
Control factor level ofTaguchi method.Table 1 shows the four control factors and three levels.
Among the factors affecting surface roughness quality, rotational speed was the most significant, followed by feed rate.

(1) The stress and deformation analysis of deep and large foundation pit need to study the unload problems and soil stress, strength and deformation properties induced by excavation [7].
There are too many factors that influence soil pressure, such as the properties of soil, the depth of excavation, supporting types and water, etc.
What’s more, each of these factors has different influence degree to earth pressure.
In a word, the above factors induce that earth pressure distribution is different.
The physical and mechanics parameters of rock and soil have close relation with the sampling method, test method, boundary conditions and other factors.

An actual problem is the synthesis of ceramic composite materials based on refractory compounds to produce nanostructured materials with high mechanical strength, namely, flexural strength, fracture toughness, hardness, heat resistance and thermal strength.
Particles of the powder (P1) substantially monodisperse associated in loose aggregates with a low bond strength between the particles and the particles have topology a with not spheroidized character (Fig. 1a), which may indicate the anisotropy properties of the resulting material.
Also, a significant decrease in density of these samples may affect a small particle size starting powder - 19nm, compared with the granular powder particle size P2 at which the starting powder size is 90nm.
These factors lead to low efficiency of pressing ultrafine powders.
Conclusions - A set of experimental observations suggest that the behavior of the polycrystalline body is determined by sintering not only the properties of individual particles as aggregates properties and strength of bonds between particles of the powder has a significant effect on the sintering process and the final properties of the ceramic; - Implemented by electroconsolidation getting bulk samples submicron ceramic compositions ZrO2 - n wt.% Al2O3 (n = 10, 20, 30) with a density of up to 99% of the theoretical and the scale of the microstructure of the order of 270nm.

The factors that affected H-Beam deformation were fairly
more, so, the accurate analysis answer was hardly to get.
By using all-purpose method to roll H-Beam, the distribution of H-Beam surface and inside temperature field became very complex due to some factors influence, such as transfer heat of rolling piece and roller contact, water cooling, heat radiation and plasticity merit heat.
The node 7 and 9 were located on the surface of model, so, factors that affected temperature drop were very more, such as thermal convection of its around gas, radiation, heat conductance between rollers and mechanical merit heat.
The influence of many factors made the temperature change of node crowd go up to a certain extent.
(2)Calculation result showed: temperature of every node presented the tendency of drop since it got the role of factors such as heat conductance, convection and radiation, but it had the phenomenon of rising at a certain time under the influence of mechanical merit heat

Effect of the related factors such as water proportion, mineral admixtures and chemical activators on characteristics of Hemi-hydrate FGD gypsum-fly ash complex cementing material is studied through a number of single factor experiments.
So study of effect law of calcining temperature on properties of FGD gypsum is very important.
Fig.1 Effect of calcination temperature on properties of FGD gypsum Experimental Results and Analysis Determination of Basic Mix Proportion.
Water-aggregate proportion here refers to ratio of water to all the other raw materials, namely water: (HFGD gypsum + fly ash + cement + lime + chemical activator), which directly affects the strength, density of the cementing material and both the sound insulation and thermal insulation properties etc.
Table 2 Effect of Water-aggregate Proportion on properties of cementing material No.

Then, from the aspects of technology properties and technical performance, profound comparison is made between copper-clad steel and traditional conductors.
Last but not least, in order to analyze objectively, the paper based on a real 500kV substation to discuss from the point of economic properties.
This paper mainly focus on three aspects respectively: technology properties, technical performance, economic properties etc to make a profound comparison between copper-clad steel and traditional grounding conductors.
When the conductor temperature exceeds a certain value, then natural cooling in the soil, the mechanical properties of conductor will dramatically decline.
(3) Seen from economic properties, galvanized steel has lowest price for one time cost, but its subsequent investment is enormous.
