Abstract.
Urban civil system, the heat source, heat networks and civil monomer energy-saving activities are often "fragmented".
Civil System Decision of Energy-saving Basis City civil system is an energy-saving decision related to civil monomer, heating network operating units, operating units and associated heat integrated management activities [5].
At the same time, it has launched the civil area on energy saving.
The study of 2000 to 2030, development of China's civil peak in the late period is predicted that half of China's civil ownership is new since 2000.

However, the applications in civil engineering have been rather limited.
However, they are rarely used in civil engineering, since carbon and aramid fibers are too expensive and fiberglass ages quickly in alkali environment or being exposed to sunlight [1].
Compared with other reinforcing fibers, basalt may be the best choice for civil engineering, due to its high-strength, high stiffness, thermal insulation, erosion resistant, low moisture sorption, low marketing price, and environment friendly.
Applications of basalt fiber in civil engineering The previously used reinforcing fibers are largely carbon, glass, aramid, steel, polypropylene and basalt.
Typical basalt short-cuts, filaments, flakes, fabrics, geotextiles and composite bar were characterized and the applications of these materials in civil engineering were recommended.

According to the needs of physical health construction of civil servants, we develop health evaluation system for civil servants.
Current physical health problems of civil servants have become more complexed.
Evaluation system for physical health of civil servants use B/S mode.
Whether civil servants reasonably use these supports?
Conclusion The defects of any software can be found only after using, testing is to measure and improve the quality of the software, it is an important part in the process of engineering design, implementation and maintenance.

These features has brought greater difficulty to the model updating in civil engineering structure, especially for the application field.
At the end of this paper, the problems remained to be solved in FEM updating of civil structures are to be presented. 1 Introduction In the studies and development of civil engineering subject, structural health monitoring of bridges hold a significant field.
With the existence of all the factors above, the problem of FEM updating in civil engineering becomes more complicated and challenging.
While for the real civil engineering, the structural modal tests are usually the environmental excitation, the input information of which is unknown or undetectable.
Thus, how to solve the problems of condition revise of nodes and boundaries remains non-neglectable. 3.4 Development of model updating algorithm suiting civil engineering structure In recent years, although the model updating skills have been applied in civil engineering structure like the FEM of bridge structure[33-35], building structure[36,37] and offshore platform structure[38,39], most of the present studies just transplant the existing correcting algorithms to the model updating of civil engineering structure.
