However, the applications in civil engineering have been rather limited.
However, they are rarely used in civil engineering, since carbon and aramid fibers are too expensive and fiberglass ages quickly in alkali environment or being exposed to sunlight [1].
Compared with other reinforcing fibers, basalt may be the best choice for civil engineering, due to its high-strength, high stiffness, thermal insulation, erosion resistant, low moisture sorption, low marketing price, and environment friendly.
Applications of basalt fiber in civil engineering The previously used reinforcing fibers are largely carbon, glass, aramid, steel, polypropylene and basalt.
Typical basalt short-cuts, filaments, flakes, fabrics, geotextiles and composite bar were characterized and the applications of these materials in civil engineering were recommended.

Abstract.
Urban civil system, the heat source, heat networks and civil monomer energy-saving activities are often "fragmented".
Civil System Decision of Energy-saving Basis City civil system is an energy-saving decision related to civil monomer, heating network operating units, operating units and associated heat integrated management activities [5].
At the same time, it has launched the civil area on energy saving.
The study of 2000 to 2030, development of China's civil peak in the late period is predicted that half of China's civil ownership is new since 2000.

Abstract.
Modal parameter identification of civil engineering structures under seismic excitations has important implications for health diagnosis, plastic analysis and optimization design of structure.
Therefore, seismic optimization design of civil engineering structures has practical significance.
Modal parameter identification technique of civil engineering, as a hot research task of back analysis of dynamics in structural engineering field, can reflect the dynamic characteristics of structures under external excitation, which are the foundations of researches on structural damage detection and diagnosis, seismic design, and structural health monitoring.
Overall, the accuracy meets the requirements of practical engineering

According to the needs of physical health construction of civil servants, we develop health evaluation system for civil servants.
Current physical health problems of civil servants have become more complexed.
Evaluation system for physical health of civil servants use B/S mode.
Whether civil servants reasonably use these supports?
Conclusion The defects of any software can be found only after using, testing is to measure and improve the quality of the software, it is an important part in the process of engineering design, implementation and maintenance.
