The document structure can outline civil aviation authority’s view on how flight data analysis program, which may be embodied within an operator’s safety management system.
The document structure can also describe the principles that should underpin an flight data analysis system acceptable to the civil aviation authority (CAA).
Through this co-operative development work many farsighted operators have demonstrated the safety benefits of FDA such that the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO) recognizing the potential for accident prevention, introduced provisions for a flight data analysis program to be part of an operator’s accident prevention and flight safety program.
This paper can provide the power help to engineer to complete effective the assignment of FDA.

Abstract.
However, the problem that how large of a plate can be considered as an infinite plate does not be solved still in engineering.
These coefficients are useful to engineers.
Suppose the minimum widths which meet the formula5 are k1 and k2 for convenience in engineering, then formula6 can be deduced from formula5
This is useful to engineers.

Abstract: Cellular concrete (known as foamed concrete) is a lightweight building material with low densities ranging from 900 kg/m3 to 1900 kg/m3, which can have potential applications in civil engineering practices.
Some designed cellular concrete mixtures satisfy the requirments for different civil engineering applications that include geotechnical engineering practices with feasibility to be used as structural elements.
