The influences of substrate etching on the morphology and structure were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman microscopy, and photoluminescence spectrum.
The morphology and crystalline structure of the samples were examined by the field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM, SIRION, FEI Company) and the X-ray diffractometer (XRD, D8 Advance, Bruker Axs) with Cu-Kα radiation (λ = 0.15406 nm), respectively.

Multilayer structures were deposited by AlCl3 and varying ammonia and water at 500 oC [8].

In order to analyze the structure of the WPC there was used a computer microtomography, one of the recent non-destructive methods for studying the bulk structure of composites using X-ray radiation.
Multidec (Multiplast, Russia) and Terrapol (Russia) terrace boards were chosen as the structures based on PE.
