Both recrystallisation and static recovery of a deformed material are driven by the reduction
of internal energy (dislocation density and internal stresses).

-dislo. interactions ρµασ b2M= σσ . 1 ' K = The presence of hydrogen will therefore be both to reduce the stored energy for a given dislocation density (via the reduction of the line tension) and also the driving force for recovery (via the reduction of dislocation-dislocation interaction).
The best fit for the experimental data is shown in figures 1 to 4.
In general the model gives a good description of the experimental data, falling short at high temperatures due to the assumption of site saturation.

It also
conforms to the die engineering practice of using surface profiles to design die faces and is
compatible with various CAD data formats.
This new concept makes possible to create complete die-faces in hours starting from the CAD surface data of the part [6].
For complex parts, it is a curved, smooth surface determined from the part CAD data using geometrical rules and can be easily modified by the user.
Using the above described die design philosophy and optimization technique, significant benefits can be achieved: binder and addendum development time can be radically reduced and thus the total die development time as well, leading to an enormous reduction in die try-out times and overall tooling costs.
As a results significant reduction of die development, tooling cost and lead-time can be achieved providing more economical production in sheet metal forming.

The response surface methodology was applied to the experimental data using statistical software, Design-Expert V9.
Second-order polynomials were fitted to the experimental data to obtain the regression equations.
A stepwise regression method was used to fit the second-order polynomial to the experimental data and to find the significant model terms [9].
As shown in Table 5, a threshold value for importance was set for warpage and cutting-time reduction.
Furthermore, because the cutting conditions could be increased compared with conventional machining conditions, the machining time was shortened by 1 min, resulting in cost reduction.

Methods: data processing; computational formula to removal rate of some referred substances goes as follows: Removal rate (%) = (initial concentration –sample concentration on the 28th day)*100%/ initial concentration.
A statistic analysis of experimental data All data of the experiment were processed and analyzed by software SPSS (SPSS company, version 13.0), and all figures were completed by Originpro (version 8.1).
For the static group, it drops slowly at first, and began to drop gradually and keep a stable reduction speed after going through a sudden rise on the 3rd day.
For the static group, it drops gradually and keeps a stable reduction speed throughout.
For the dynamic experimental group, change in superficial water is almost the same as that in static group at first and the reduction speed begins to slow down on the 7th day.

Implementation of design for disassembly in the new paradigm support the objective of material value conservation regarding processing time and cost reduction [8, 9].
The data obtained by questionnaire represents buyer perception with scores within Likert scale of 1 to 5.
With 420 of 452 questionnaires collected were considered as valid and used in data processing.
Data Collection and Analysis.
Conclusion Design for MVC in plastic packaging industry not only accepted by consumers but also promotes many opportunities for cost saving and cost reduction and protect the quality of environment [11].

Management station implements the function of data collection, storage and analysis, data packets transmitted between the management station and the device agent just completes the data collection of interactive work.
How to realize high efficiency data collection of the network management system is a difficult problem.
Management station requests data collection by sending SNMP data broadcast packets to each subnet; the managed devices agent extracts the request information of the polling packets when they receive the broadcast.
If the device's IP address is not included in the parsed data, the agent will put its IP address information to the management station; if the IP address is included, the agent will check the parsed data and the community with the IP address, then transmits the collecteddata to the management station after verification.

The main functions of visualization feedback analysis system of multi-message of tunnel are follows.
1) Monitoring the observing data by database, with the functions of insert new record, delete record, save data and searching certain records.
2) Can rapidly identify the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock based on monitoring data.
3) Forecast the surrounding rock deform in future based on history observing data.
4) Set the warning value which used to predict the unstability of surrounding rock.
5) Make the data and analyzed results visualized, which is based on VTK.
Data Base, Model Base and Visualization.
The system in the paper adopts relational data model, saving the data as two dimensional type.
The data analysis interface Engineering Application Engineering General Situation.
The vertical displacement contour Conclusion 1)The conventional monitoring data analysis methods are not fit for multi-channel data, the technologists in project site will face to abstract data and not know what to do, influencing the rationality of analysis of tunnel construction.

But Kitis found that iron oxide surfaces preferentially removed high UV-absorbing fractions of NOM, with UV absorbance reductions up to 90% [9].
After 60min ultrasound irradiation with the presence of NP, TOC removal efficiency was 18.55% and UV254 reduction was 21.15%.
UV absorbance is reduced at a rate (38.37%) approximately two times quicker than the reduction in TOC (20.97%).
A comparative study between US and magnetic stirring (50tours min-1) has been done at the same experimental data.
In addition, UV absorbance reductions by combined adsorption and oxidation are higher than the sum of the individual processes.

In the case of outer body panels, the major driver has been continuing the quest for fuel economy and hence, weight reduction.
In addition, reduction of gauge for weight savings has led to the use of high strength IF and IF-bake hardenable steels.
For the body-in-white parts, major drivers have been reductions of weight as well as increased emphasis on safety performance.
Similar data was also obtained for a coiling temperature of 620 oC.
There is also a reduction of the strength-ductility balance with addition of Ti.

The water infiltration reduction is consequently proportional to the reduction of porosity.
This method was adopted to ensure reduction of pores complicating coating application for SEM.
To ensure statistical valid set of data, measurement in 4 different locations was performed using the maximum applied force 2.5 mN with loading/holding/unloading times of the indentation lasted for 5/25/5 seconds respectively.
The impact on the nano-porosity reduction is obvious from the performed microscopy.
To evaluate overall porosity reduction by image analyses, occurred cracking due to the high vacuum state during SEM investigation should be suppressed.
