The response surface methodology was applied to the experimental data using statistical software, Design-Expert V9.
Second-order polynomials were fitted to the experimental data to obtain the regression equations.
A stepwise regression method was used to fit the second-order polynomial to the experimental data and to find the significant model terms [9].
As shown in Table 5, a threshold value for importance was set for warpage and cutting-time reduction.
Furthermore, because the cutting conditions could be increased compared with conventional machining conditions, the machining time was shortened by 1 min, resulting in cost reduction.

Methods: data processing; computational formula to removal rate of some referred substances goes as follows: Removal rate (%) = (initial concentration –sample concentration on the 28th day)*100%/ initial concentration.
A statistic analysis of experimental data All data of the experiment were processed and analyzed by software SPSS (SPSS company, version 13.0), and all figures were completed by Originpro (version 8.1).
For the static group, it drops slowly at first, and began to drop gradually and keep a stable reduction speed after going through a sudden rise on the 3rd day.
For the static group, it drops gradually and keeps a stable reduction speed throughout.
For the dynamic experimental group, change in superficial water is almost the same as that in static group at first and the reduction speed begins to slow down on the 7th day.

It is shown how a neural network learning rule can be transformed into a fixed-point iteration, which provides an algorithm that is very simple, does not depend on any user-defined parameters, and is fast to converge to the most accurate solution allowed by the data.
The purpose of this paper is to review the application of blind source separation in the machine fault diagnosis, including the following aspects: noise elimination and extraction of the weak signals, the separation of multi-fault sources, redundancy reduction, feature extraction and pattern classification based on independent component analysis.

Production-in-product lifecycle management to forms and essential element of a Digital Manufacturing approach that enhances competitiveness of industrial enterprises by the reduction of times and costs for product creation and order fulfillment.
Accordingly the datasets of the individual systems have to be converted in a laborious, often manual manner and the consistency of the overall stock of data and information has to be ensured by additional measures [2-3].
Fig. 1 Characteristics of evaluation methods Production-in-product lifecycle management is based on a modeling approach that enables the consideration of the production system model on the level of detail that is appropriate for the respective task, thereby facilitating the application of suitable methods and tools with regard to the comprehensiveness of data and information needed and the corresponding efforts [7].
Based on the objectives, characteristics and approach for Production-in-product lifecycle management, the following first high-level requirements for the implementation of a Production-in-product lifecycle management and its technical approach can be summarized: 1) The implementation has to support the understanding and collaboration of humans from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds already on a cultural level. 2) The approach has to support work and information flows based on suitable organizational processes. 3) The technology use has to facilitate the integration of or at least seamless exchange of data between a multiplicity of software systems. 4) The model underlying the implementation has to enable the work on varying levels of detail and abstraction.

The use of natural fiber reinforcement foam could give a great advantages in weigh reduction which very useful in military mobility and transportability.
Axial force and cross plate displacement were recorded digitally using PC based data recording equipment.
All the data plotted in graph indentation depth versus percentage of kenaf in foam as shown in Fig. 6.
All the data can be plotted in graph indentation depth versus thickness of foam as shown in Fig. 7.

Study on the strata stress field caused by the construction of shallow driven method tunnel level in saturated soft clay PAN Linyou1, a, Yu Chuang1, b, LI Xiaobing1, c, Sun Fuxue1, d (College of Architecture and Civil Engineering , WenzhouUniversity, Wenzhou,325035,China) apanly@wzu.edu.cn, b3945735@qq.com, clixb@wzu.edu.cn, dsunfx@wzu.edu.cn Keywords: Saturated soft clay; shallow driven method; level channel construction; strata stress field Abstract: Using finite element software, Plaxis model and the measured data, the finite element analysis for the shallow tunnel of crossing the street tunnel in saturated soft clay shallow driven method, studied the influence of crossing the street tunnel and the change of stress field of the strata for the soil around different parameters (tunnel wall stiffness, construction load, soil disturbance).
Combined with practical engineering in Wenzhou, using Plaxis finite element software, the model and measured data, the detailed analysis about the influence of the pedestrian subway level channel as well as the formation stress field change for different parameters (lateral brace rigidity, stiffness of diaphragm wall, soil disturbance) of the surrounding soil.
Fig. 4 ( a ) demonstrates the comparison of surface vertical settlement under tunnel center line with different bending stiffness of tunnel construction, the results show a greater stiffness reduction.
Based on the saturated soft clay area with shallow excavation tunnel of pedestrian tunnel engineering in the horizontal channel construction, using Plaxis finite element software, the model and measured data, studied surrounding ground displacement variation and influencing factors for the pipe ( pipe shed ) horizontal channel construction process, focusing on their vertical displacement, excess pore water pressure contour, and the total increment of displacement vector map, and concrete research of influence degree for big pipe shed, construction load, soil disturbance on the pipe jacking construction of horizontal channel.

The test samples were prepared from the superconducting wire at an intermediate step of the drawing process for the area reduction Ø1.3→Ø1.2 mm.
By the manufacture of superconducting Nb-Ti wire, the most important stage is cold drawing with the area reduction of the original bar Ø60 …70 mm→Ø0.1…1.0 mm.
The test samples were prepared from the superconducting cable wire at the intermediate stage of cold drawing with the area reduction of the original bar Ø1.33→Ø1.2 mm.
The statistic treatment data suggests that the average grain size of the defect-free zone of the copper matrix has average grain size ~800 nm, which is comparable to that of copper in the point of rupture, i.e. ~850 nm [9, 10].

Using GT-POWER to simulate a diesel engine’s injection timing, calibrating simulation model has been done according to experimental data.
The model’s boundary conditions and the inlet/outlet conditions are obtained from experiment data.
During the set of intake and exhaust valves’ parameters (size of the valves, valves’ clearance and valves’ lift curves), all of them are set according to the original experiment data.
By comparison with the experimental data, it can conclude that the GT-POWER can simulate the operation of the engine accurately.
