Abstract.
On heating to 800 oC, enstatite ceramic fibers exhibited mesoporous structures with nanocrystals in size.
Fiber derived from the high-alcohol condition resulted in shorter length, which may be related the fiber with a lower degree of linear-type structures.

This technique for direct visualization of ZnO particles domains and interfaces should open a new direction for studies directed at the elucidation of factors that control the domains, boundaries, structures and properties of particles in composites.

The influences of substrate etching on the morphology and structure were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Raman microscopy, and photoluminescence spectrum.
The morphology and crystalline structure of the samples were examined by the field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM, SIRION, FEI Company) and the X-ray diffractometer (XRD, D8 Advance, Bruker Axs) with Cu-Kα radiation (λ = 0.15406 nm), respectively.
The growth mechanism ZnO nanorods with tips could be based on conventional growth model of solution chemistry [7].
