Secondly, taking the buildings of Shantou University’s “Engineering Institute, CDIO innovation center” as an example and combining BIM(Building Information Modeling) with green building come up with every green reform strategy we will use to reach the purpose that changing the current building into a kind of better building which is water-saving, electricity-saving, ventilation and heat protection.
Each department of green reform strategy in the building Through the above green reform strategy, we will obtain good results in the aspects such as saving water and electricity, ventilation and heat protection.

However, there is a problem of itself, no matter what kind of fracturing, thousands tons water are need, especially in the popular slick water fracking.
Meanwhile, chemically sustained water will permeate into fields influence underground water quality; on the other hand, water pump out for the well has another deposal problem.
(3) Considering of the unique situation of water shortage in China, making an actual important consideration on water resources conservation and rational use in planning and development of water resources conservation and rational use is considerably essential.

After data collection,the system software WinRiver have the playback function , flow rate, area, river width, average velocity of flow, average depth of cross section, the maximum velocity of cross section, maximum water depth, etc all can be obtained directly from the playback software , And the equivalent velocity figure along the track can be directly get.
But if we want to get the whole area of the flow distribution and the Contour map of underwater topography, rely solely on system software is unable to realize, should to use professional drawing software.

Landsat-5 satellite is just above Yangtze Delta region and get an image in April 28 10:10 am, and 21 vessels was distributed in the estuary to gather 2L water samples 50cm below the water surface, and small-scale meteorological instrument, thermometer instrument and GPS locator record are used to record the temperature, water temperature, wind speed, wind direction, latitude and longitude of sampling points.
It is an advanced tools dealing with panchromatic data, multispectral data, hyperspectral and radar data, which provide a graphical interface to the users and satisfy the needs of professional users.
The image of water in study area is obtained and atmosphere correction is finished by 6S model[6].

It greatly consumes the dissolved oxygen in water body, brings eutrophication and inhibits from the wastewater biodegrading.
From this study, we wish to develop the new process of reuse the wastewater, this work is also highly important to conserve water resource, and then to alleviate the shortage of water resources.
The results showed that the effluent was in compliance with the water quality standard of GBT 18920-2002 for miscellaneous use.

Abstract.
Currently,the coal which are threatened by the karst water in the north main mining area reserves with 15 billion ton.
Detecting exactly the watery of the working face floor and Liberating these coal from the confined water is significant to realize the safe and efficient production of the coal mines.
Faced with these problems,combining with the potential hazards of mine water disaster in China,it is especially important and urgent that building the Ordovician limestone water disaster monitoring and pre-warning system in the prevention and treatment of the coal mine water disaster threatened by the karst water.Combining with the requirements of the prevention and control of the water disaster from the coal floor at the coal mine field work in our country,we need to develop a real-time,fast,be able to analyze the detected data immediately and professional " visualized electric pre-warning system in the working face floor" to realize the prediction of the tunnel floor’s structure and the watery.
