Introduction Space engineering needs lightweight materials, such as carbon fiber composites aluminium and titanium alloys in order to reduce weight and fuel consumption.

As a new active mineral additive, PSP not only has strength effect, also can preferably perfect the durability of cement-based composite material.
To more fully understand the strength effect of PSP mixture on cement-based materials, promote PSP in cement and concrete in a wider application, enhanced effect model [1] was used to estimate the strength effect of PSP, SEM was used to study the mechanism of strengthening effect of PSP. 2 Raw Materials and Test Methods 2.1 Raw Materials Low heat Portland cement of 42.5 was used in test, its test results of physical and mechanical properties, chemical and mineral composition were showed in table 1.
