The result, shows that the sample has cubic perovskite structure with the existence of impurities phase.
The cubic structure has “a” = 3.8968 Å (space group Pm-3m) and volume of 59.17Å3 .
This findings are almost similar with the structure result reported for La0.4Ba0.6Mn0.4Ti0.6O3 sample [13].

Structure of rhombohedral phase of Bismuth Sodium Titanate (Bi0.5 Na0.5)TiO3.
In this study, we took a conventional cell (hexagonal) with 30 atoms per cell; the crystal structure is shown in Figure 1.
The whole structure was optimized (the volume, c/a ratio and the atomics coordinates).

The peak with distance more than 11.4 Å showed that there is an organization in solid as lamellar structure, which formed between precursors of 2,5''bis(trimethoxysilyl)terthiophene/ TCNQ and TMOS (by ratio of 1 : 1 : 4).

The particle size and the crystalline structure of the product samples were detected by means of X-ray analysis with a BD-86 diffractometer(Japan) and Mastersizer 2000 Laser grain-size analysis meter(England).
It proves that doped iron inhibited mutation of TiO2,at the same time,there isn't the Fe3+ diffraction peak on the X-ray diffraction patterns,which shows Fe3+ has entered into the structure of TiO2.
